Milestone Electric, Air, & Plumbing

We just bought a home that needed an all new HVAC system. We were so worried about the cost and trouble of replacing it but everyone we have dealt with at Milestone has been amazing and they got the job done so quickly. All the guys have been so professional and friendly. We are beyond impressed with all the service we’ve gotten so far!

I’m so happy that I went with Milestone Electric when I needed new air conditioners. They walked me through the process and were very professional! They arrived on time, went right to work, and had it installed before the end of the day! They had covers for their shoes, placed sheet coverings to protect my floors, and vacuumed my floors before leaving! They went above and beyond my expectations! In January, I used the plumbing department to install 3 new toilets. Again very professional… I will use them again! Thank you Milestone!

Great service, I did have to call to get them to clean up the holes they dug. But they were fast at fixing the issues. Everyone was super helpful and polite. I would recommend their services.

I had the best service from technician Nick Campbell, he was very polite and went above and beyond in taking care of us. He answered and explained everything in great detail and was very patient with us.

Zak made a somewhat complex issue extremely simple to understand. He researched every detail before giving me what I think was a very competitive price. It was not cheap but for the work needed I was comfortable with the price. When the installation group arrived, CJ, Brian and one whose name I can’t recall arrived it was all business! Very Professional and fast and I mean FAST! I have used Milestone over the years for my electrical work now they are my plumbers as well!

The young man who did the check on my plumbing system could not have been any more nice. Even though I had no problems, he still gave tips on how to keep my kitchen sink and pipes clean. I really appreciated that!

The tech that came out to do our summer maintenance was polite, professional & thorough. He found some issues that were concerning and in the end we decided to replace our units instead of spending the money to make repairs. They sent someone to give us a quote the following day. We expected it would be a little more than when we replaced ours in our previous house 5 years prior, but the quote was double. We called the company we used before and their quote was $30k less than Milestones for the upgraded model of what they were going to use. Definitely disappointing, especially since we have the milestone family plan.

I have used Milestone for electrical service before and have always had an excellent experience with them. My most recent experience was no exception! Ben and his colleague arrived on time and were very courteous and professional throughout their time at my home. Ben listened to what I wanted to have done, explained what might be causing some of the problems, and provided me with options. They cleaned up carefully when they were finished, and I'm very pleased with everything they did. I highly recommend this company!!

Update:
We had a very unfortunate experience with Milestone. I’m hoping that is not the norm for others.
I will say, when I reached out to them about all the issues, they were incredibly quick to respond and find a way to remedy the situation. I appreciate the management’s follow through.
