I spent several years in customer service with the largest small package delivery service in the country. I'm always comparing and seeing what areas of service can be improved with other service related companys.. There were two rep's and both represented Milestone very well. They were well dressed and prepared so dirt and grime wouldn't be tracked throughout the house.
There were three areas of concern that needed to be repaired or replaced.They reviewed each, and quoted prices before starting the jobs.
When we both agreed with prices, the work started immediately. I was impressed with their professionalism and desire to complete each job with a review of what was done and why.
Based on how the jobs were completed, the mannerisms of your representatives, and the costs associated with the jobs, we will be using Milestone again in future.

Great service with up front estimates. Thought cost was high until I saw the magnitude of the work. House was hit by lightning and needed extensive repairs to bring it back into code. Great professional electricians. Couldn't be happier with thier service.

We had been having some electrical issues over the past few months with breakers tripping way too often. Our home is less than 4 yrs old so we were surprised we were having the issues which had become progressively worse. I decided to call Milestone due to the reviews I had seen and I knew I wanted a professional that I could trust to help us out. After the appt was made they followed up to review what the call was for and to give me insight into who was coming and what the process would likely be like. They were spot on. When Corey arrived, I already knew the gist of what to expect and he was super knowledgeable. He provided a good deal of education for me and really gave me full confidence that I made the right call. He diagnosed what was wrong, provided multiple solutions and allowed us to pick what worked best. We really loved the work and it gave us instant peace of mind. Because I found out they also cover other repairs too, we will be making another appointment soon!
