Wesley and his team did a good job replacing an outdated breaker panel in my home and installing a new underground electrical line to my detached garage and installing a breaker panel in the garage preliminary to a garage door opener repair. The team was professional and courteous. The job was complicated but I am pleased with the results.

Our plumbing tech, Chris was really good. On time and determined what was needed. He gave me a few additional options to consider which I agreed with and he got to work. Area was cleaned up and in order when he departed. This is the third time I have used Milestone and have had fantastic results each time. The expense is sometimes tough to see but the professionalism and scope of work and the outcomes are very satisfying.

Top notch service and attention to detail from our plumber and sales rep Chris. They even wore shoe covers while indoors so they wouldn’t get our floors dirty. They were not the cheapest quote we got for our water heater replacement, but they were the most thorough and transparent. Highly recommend!

I recently had Milestone install a new water heater for me. Cri Rivera did an outstanding job by himself installing it in record time too. Scott Wagley came the next day and installed the electric cut off switch for the water heater and I was impressed with him as well đź‘Ś. Thank you guys for the excellent job you did for me! Actually Cri also lookd up and found a part to my shower faucet that wasn't functioning properly and he came back out and installed that. Now I have hot water on my shower! I love it! Thank you all again!

Dealings with Milestone HVAC has been a very pleasant and professional experience. Starting with sending out an AC-Heating Technician on a HOTTT Saturday evening through purchasing and installation of a new HVAC system. The one area of improvement I would recommend is ensuring updates to the customer when the original appointment time has been delayed. Otherwise it was an exceptional experience.

We had some issues with our kitchen lighting. We called Milestone.Matt Lacey arrived on time, and checked the fixtures. He is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. He explained the problem, and walked us through our options. The ballasts were melting, and the fluorescent bulbs were turning black. He explained everything he was doing. In about an hour Matt had converted us to LED fixtures. WE CAN SEE AGAIN!!!!

Every time you replace parts, but you never found the real cause of the problem. Yesterday your tech replaced a part for $600 and the issue wasn’t there. I shouldn’t pay for that because we keep dealing with the problem. Moving to another company able to fix the “issues”
