Carson Henley Came out to do a full diagnostic of my AC/Heat unit which keeps freezing up. He took the time to check the unit inside and out, running the unit to observe the situation fully while use photograph and video to show what the issue was. He further explained what need to be done. He supplied me with the necessary information to forward to my home warranty. I appreciate the time Carson took. He was very polite and patient with my concerns, making sure I was able to fully understand the issue and repairs needed.

A blast of lightning near our house took out all of our LED lights, 21 of them. I called Milestone Electric and Ben came out. He was very professional and got all the lights replaced fairly quickly. I also had a house surge protector installed. I was very satisfied with the service and if I need any electrical work done in the future I'll definitely use Milestone.

Christian was awesome today! Very transparent and thorough in his findings of our water heater. Recommendations were clear and concise and turns out we did not have to pay for additional maintenance. Thanks

Milestone’s service was amazing! I called 4 other providers, they were booking 7-14 days out. Milestone was able to come out same day (a Friday before the holiday weekend!!). It was above 84* in the house; A/C was back on and cooling within 10-15 minutes. Thanks Marcus and Milestone!

Fantastic customer service. I called the night before at 11pm. One hour later I got a call to confirm an 8am appointment. Jeb is a freaking Hero very professional and extremely knowledgeable, answered ever one of my questions. Thank you so much for fixing our issue.

I liked the fact that I was given a photo and details about the technician before arrival at my house. The technician provided updates on expected time of arrival and explained everything found wrong with my AC. He also provided a repair quote before fixing my unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and finished quickly. I will use this company again for other repairs.

Ronnie is great and extremely professional. I really like to understand what is being serviced in my home. I was well informed prior to my appointment of who the tech would be. When Ronnie arrived, he introduced himself and he matched the photo that was sent. Also, his supervisor called me to make sure that he arrived on time because they had a meeting that ran late which could have hindered his arrival time. Ronnie was very personable and very knowledgeable about everything I asked him and since I was asking him questions about previous work that had been done in my home, Ronnie contacted the company to ensure that the information was on my account. I would trust Ronnie in my home and will request for him personally to come out to work on my AC's again.

Michael Owens came out for an annually cooling check. I explained how outside unit freezes up whatever the humidity gets to high. After a thorough check and having had someone else out before with no answer. Michael ran some test and simulated the situation. He discovered the problem and explained it in a way I would understand, after consulting with a more experienced person from the company. He gave a choice of solutions to fix the issue. He showed multiple price plans and offer me time to think it over. No pressure, just facts. I am greatfull for how honest and straight forward Michael was. I look forward to having him out again.
