Thank you Mr. Eric Ramos for being very professional. He came in and got right to work. Gave me my results and didn't pressure me to get the deficiencies that were found repaired. He presented me with my options and told me to let me know what I wanted to do. Very pleasant to talk to.

We have used Milestone for several services, electrical, security, and air conditioning/heating as well as plumbing. We are always had a very professional and knowledgeable person come to our home and provide excellent service. Darrell was able to evaluate our air conditioning system and make necessary recommendations. He was personable and provided a safe experience.

Joshua Johnson gave great customer service.. He was.Very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Luis came out to give me some estimates on some extensive plumbing work for my house. He was very respectful of the fact I had a family member working from home. He provided great detail on what should be done. Broke everything down into various plans. I signed up on the spot for all the work to be done. Thank you very much.

1st time we've used Milestone services and we were thoroughly impressed with the Service Tech and his ability. He was very detailed and made sure we understood all that was going on with our AC Unit.

My A/C quit cooling. They were here at the time they said they would be. Mr. Jose Antunez came in, diagnosed my issues, and told me the pricing for the repair. He was able to repair my unit the same day. I was very impressed with the knowledge and ability of Mr. Antunez. I would recommend them to everyone I know and will use them should I ever need to again.

Second service tech Mr. Trevon Marsaw was just as great as Mr Jose Antunez. Again, a great company to deal with.

I don’t see the technician me on the list; however his name is Colguitt. The service performed was the Annual Maintenance for the A/C unit inside and outside. No issues were found, he did change the filter which we had here at the house. Colguitt was professional in manner, on time, very courteous, excellent Milestone employee. He ask if I had any concerns; which, I did not. He explained to me the service he would be doing. We are very happy with the Milestone service we received in the past and now. He said we love our Milestone customers/advantage. He smiled and I did too!! Have a good day!!

Every experience I’ve had with Milestone has been exceptional. The crews are always professional in both appearance and demeanor, work is done efficiently, they always clean up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

Very responsive customer service. We’ve used milestone several times and we have no complaints. Our electrician today was Colton Cook and he was very friendly and helpful; he did a great job and laid all options out clearly without being pushy.

Sammy came out to do a tune up of my air conditioning system. He let me know all the preventative maintenance that I could do in the future to avoid problems. He was super nice and I really appreciate him being so thorough and professional.
