Edited review.. Unfortunately I have to change the star rating and review as the follow up and follow through after installing my unit was not a good experience.. I called Mr Dean several times about my service agreement and to come out service my unit and he NEVER returned the calls or text messages. I was forced to get someone else to come look at my unit and provide us with air. I called Dean back months later (from a different phone number) just to see if maybe he would pick up. He did this time and I explained the issues only for him to say oh well since somebody else looked at it last time your service agreement is voided. Like really??? (well what was I suppose to do if you never called or texted me back and it was 100 degrees outside????). He then said well call the person back that looked at it last time because I’m busy..
Initial review…. I called Dean's HVAC Management and Services to come out to my home to evaluate my 2 AC units that were both out. He came out the very same day and fixed my downstairs unit at no cost so that my family and I could at least have some air for the night. He came back the next morning and replace my upstairs unit at an unbelievable savings to me (other companies had quoted me almost double what he charged). The owner and his staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. He made sure everything was working properly and that I was satisfied with the work before he left. I will use this company for my AC/heating needs from here on out and I'll be recommending them to anyone who needs their service.
I purchased a 3 year service contract with Dean’s to keep my heating and a/c in tip top condition but I can’t get this guy to follow through with an appointment. On 3 different occasions I setup an appointment, and all 3 times he has stood me up. I should have known better when he installed a broken drip pan in my unit, but here we are. I’ve asked for a refund on the service contract and now he is just straight up ignoring my text. PLEASE BEWARE and don’t give this guy your business.
These guys are the best!!! Dean came out and checked our AC system, gave us a quote, and had a team out to complete the repair work in record time! They were quick, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. The price we were quoted didn't increase! We're so pleased we're signing up for a maintenance service contract. I HIGHLY recommend them!
I called during the night as it said open 24 hours, spoke with Dean discussed what was going on with my HVAC. He seemed nice, and knowledgeable, had scheduled for him to come look at my system in the morning "6-8 am" is what he stated. I went ahead texted my information like he asked.
Morning arrived, I figured nobody would actually show before 7:30 so I didn't bother watching the clock and sent a text asking for a heads up when nearby so I can put my dog in a room.
Well, 9:30 has rolled around, I've texted and called multiple times for an ETA, left voicemail no responses. (Update, 2 pm and still no answer from them luckily I had someone else come out earlier and fix it took all of 5 minutes.)
Not sure how you keep a business open without answering potential customers, I looked forward to meeting with Dean as he had seemed nice and knowledgeable and reasonable pricing.
When one of my properties AC stopped cooling, I called Dean - he worked with my tenant to get out there and fix the issue as soon as possible. He sent updates, photos, and descriptions as he was doing the work. Didn't do more than was necessary and ended up with a good price.

First I had a scheduled appointment with this company for 9am and their tech showed up 40 mins late without any call, or apology. I wanted to replace my 2 A/C units and when the tech finished checking my artic, he came down and told me that my 2 units will cost me $11,850. When I asked him to explain what and what that they will be replacing so that I can compare it with other quotes that I have received and be able to make a decision, he refused to tell me unless I commit to their estimate. I asked for how many tons, no answer, I asked for how many seer, no answer, I requested for a different brand than the one he suggested, he said it will cost me more without been specific. Next thing, he wanted to know the other quotes that I have gotten already and their price of which I said that its for my use, he said that he will email their price quote to me and left. I called their office about 30 minutes later and spoke with man himself and he also said that they are busy and that they do not have time to write estimate quotes and details unless i commit to doing business with them, so that they will know that I was serious, I asked him how can I commit to do business with you when I do not receive a written estimate and details of your work , and he said to me, have a nice day and drop the phone on me which was extremely very rude. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Highly professional, honest, easy to deal with and friendly company. The owner Dean himself was personally doing the work and same time supervising his technicians / electricians. Short and sweet, great people and very trust worthy, go with Dean and go Green. I highly recommend Dean's HVAC Management & Services for Air-conditioning and Electrical work.
Horrible, called for Freon leak check and give me a quote. The service guy came in and just filled Freon and didn't let me know how much he is filling. He was hardly at my house for 20 min, didn't even bother to look for the leak as he wanted me to buy a new unit. My unit is 6 yr old and he wants me to sell his new unit. He charged me for 18 gallons and left. Never again with these guys, total rip off, don't you ever use these guys
Very Professional, Fast, neat, & honest, He knew exactly what the problem was soon as he pulled up. He fixed the problem in a very fast manner & cleaned up after. A/C is very very cold now.. He has already been recommended to other neighbors on my street. (They saw him out here in the morning) ...Dean is the best I've seen yet ...all thumbs up..
