Joe Cook Heating & Air Conditioning

My name is ron potter and after this company installed an evaporator coil at my home everything went haywire afterwards. I called 3 times for somebody to call me back. Crickets. I can't prove it but i think the installers switched my circuit board for a bad one

I had a consultation with a different company before getting in contact with Joe Cook heating and air conditioning. The first company was taking too long to provide me a quote and it had been two days that we did not have AC. It was one of the hottest weekends that week. By luck, I was given Cook's number. I"m so glad I did. Kandi was incredible! She was able to save us money by finding our warranty that we were unable to find on our own and the first company we called said we didn't have warranty. Kandi was genuinely trying to help and not upsell us. I was very pleased with how quick someone was able to come out and diagnose, and the turn around to fix it was also just as quick. I don't think i'll go to any other place again because the service and turn around time was fast. I also appreciated how honest Kandi was with me. I highly recommend this company!
