Richard - initial service call , arrived promptly as promised, diagnosed the issue with my very old system - from 2004, and scheduled a replacement quickly (within two days) after troubleshooting and finding the compressor was not functioning. Max - the installer arrived promptly on Saturday, as well and explained the work to be done, had his crew complete the work and programmed the new thermostat to go with the new unit about 4 hours later. Now I can monitor and change my temperature on my iPhone. They were professional and kind and my indoor temp is normal again. I would recommend these teams to anyone whose air conditioning fails, for quick resolution. I had called a different company that had been recommended to me, and they were booked for the next week, but recommended Aircons. I am really happy they did. Count me as a satisfied customer.

Richard did a thorough job explaining what the system is rated to do and where it is doing it correctly and where it is not. Our upstairs unit wasn't cooling, and he explained why and answered all my questions completely. He was so patient about going over some things again for me, even though he explained it well the first time. He made sure I was comfortable with the repairs that they made, and they did it so quickly! They had all the parts they needed on the truck, which was great! He also let me know about things to watch out for, and he had pictures of everything we discussed both before and after. I was very impressed!

Called Aircons on late afternoon on a Friday. A tech was at my house in a little more than an hour. Was given different options to fix. I chose to replace the entire unit. I didn’t make the decision until after 9 p.m. and sent a text. I was immediately answered and told the the job could be done the next day. Today, they arrived by 9:30 a.m. The entire job was completed including clean up by 1:30 p.m. Owner even came by to introduce himself while his guys were working. We could not be more pleased. Don’t hesitate to call them, fair pricing and attention given to customer service. They are now on the top of our list for a/c work.

They were very competitive with their pricing for a new AC system. Once financing was in place, they were able to schedule me within a few days. The day of they were on time, professional, and thorough. After installation, I was walked through what they did, they answered all my questions, and wanted to make sure everything was correct. The owner Richard has a very brilliant and technical savvy team. They are quick to respond and have always done everything with perfection. I highly recommend this company. If they can handle my 7 rooftop HVAC systems I am certain they can handle smaller home units too! I was referred to Aircons by a close trusted friend. I called on a Friday afternoon and was scheduled for an evaluation the following Monday. The technicians Jose and Max were great to work with when evaluating how to handle our AC repair/replacement. Jose detailed several solutions and recommendations for us to consider. The Aircons team provided a very well-rounded experience for replacing my 3.5 ton A/C system. The initial job walk was thorough without being pushy. The quote was a much better price than other companies in the area. The work was done all in day while I was away at work. Overall, very happy with my experience and looking forward to my new system.

As a U.S. Marine we are taught that Honesty and Integrity are highly sought out qualities in a person. This company has both and this is a Fantastic company to work with. The owner Richard displayed these qualities and more. He went above and beyond the call of duty when my A.C. went down. He went as far as calling the manufacture of my A.C. and discussed with them that my unit was failing and was able to get the warranty to cover the parts. He was more than fair with his prices and his employees were extremely professional and punctual. He kept me informed of all work that was being done and supervised the installation of the new coils and compressor. This company will have my buiness for life and when my company needs A.C. work, I will have them work on my company's office and clean room A.C.s. They came out three times to make sure the job was done. They came to do the air duct cleaning and the unit cleaning on two separate days. They forgot to take pictures of one unit but they came out very quickly the next day to show me what was done. They are very quick and responsive. The pricing is also pretty reasonable.
