I called Aircons out to diagnose an A/C system not working. They were very responsive and showed up at the stated time. Richard diagnosed the issue and provided multiple options for either repairing or replacing the 20 year old system. Given the age of the system and options provided by Aircons, I decided to replace both A/C systems at the house. The pricing was very competitive and the installs were well done. Both systems passed inspections without any issues.

I was very happy with the overall experience and will be using this company in the future.

They came out and reprogram my thermostat, since we had a outage on our block for at least 3 hr . Very thankful for the staff. Thumb up for me.

Jose was good at what he did. He explained the issue why the a/c unit did not work. Parts were replaced. He also pointed out the improper install of the a/c unit in the attic which was newly installed in 2017. I have received a quote to fix the issues.

Richard Hernandez is very thorough and handles all the service calls for my rental properties. I can text the address and give him the tenants contact info and they go out, advise what’s wrong and handle it. He has a very seamless streamlined process and it makes it easy as a landlord. After 4 years of AC issues every summer, this company finally found out the issue. 2 holes in duct work and a need for a sub pump. Today our house is the coolest it's ever been in the summer!!! They showed up on time, worked quickly to identify the issue and resolved it. Highly recommend.
