I had Milestone service my HVAC system when I purchased a house. They were more focused on upselling than service. I ended up having my ducts cleaned, adding ultra violet light and electromagnetic filtration. A major investment but all they wanted was my joining the $20 a month service plan. Now 9 months later I have debris falling out of my registers from ducts that we’re supposedly cleaned and when I went to change the filter on the unit it didn’t have one, they never replaced it. I know they are rated high but my experience was awful

While we had a very negative experience with Milestone and an HVAC repair previously, we decided to give them a try for plumbing services. Jonathan Almanza was the technician. He was early, professional, polite and efficient. He had a previously clogged drain open and running in a very short time. He left the area clean. The plumbing service was excellent.

I can say, these are the most professional and service oriented electricians I have used. They installed 4 recessed lights and installed a somewhat complicated ceiling fan. The fan was tricky and had a lot of trouble balancing correctly. My technician spent two days working on getting the balance correct. He even came back to change the downrod without incurring an additional charge. I don't know who else provides that level of service. The service was on the expensive side which is why I held back one star but I guess you get what you pay for.
