Other than the fact that he was supposed to be here between 8-11, I guess that he got held up at some call that morning. He got here about 12:30 and was here until around 4 that afternoon. He did inform me that the service would take about 4 hours. He was very nice and did his job in a very professional way. Every Milestone Tech I have had is always so polite and seem to be very well trained.

Electrician arrived at the scheduled time, we received a call 30 minutes before arrival. Work was done quickly, correctly and by a friendly professional. We had one invoice question, it was answered immediately. No issues, will use again!

Once again they came through! Air conditioner shut off and you know in Texas June weather is unbearable. Well made a service call and they were out and problem fixed within 3 hours. Best part still under warranty so that was even better!

Travon Marsaw did a great job providing service during my A/C tuneup. He was willing and able to answer any question that I had regarding the process of what ge was doing as well as the shape that the unit was in. He was also able to provide recommendations to improve the life of our unit without taking the "doomsday" approach as I like to call it. I have had several visits from Milestone employees in the past but this was my most satisfying experience.

They explained options and made recommendations without pushing too hard for sales. Megan was also helpful in getting future services scheduled. I'm overall very satisfied with my experience.

We used a home warranty to have a couple of there contractors come out to fix our AC breaker that kept tripping but the contractors our home warranty use they couldn't find the problem. Then we decided to call Milestone and they sent out 4 technicians and finally found the problem and fixed it. So we will recommend.
