Luis came to our home to install new hardware and valves in the shower in our master bathroom and to service our hot water heater. When he needed to turn off the water, he discovered that we did not have a convenient shut off valve in our yard. He explained the advantages of not having to rely on the shut off valve at the meter located in the alley and offered to give us an estimate. We decided it was a good idea. In order to get everything accomplished for us, he called for assistance, and Alex arrived to help. We can always trust the plumbers from Milestone to get the job done well, and these two men did not disappoint us. They were very courteous and professional and a pleasure to have in our home.

Zach and his partner arrived on-time and quickly figured out what the issue was with our master bath/shower and two outside faucets. The issues were fixed quickly. I appreciate the both of them!

Technician arrived on time and after thoroughly testing and evaluating our air conditioning equipment Baldemar Arreola explained our options clearly. He was very professional and very pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend him/Milestone.

My experience with Milestone was exceptional! My technician, Sedrick Rose, was polite, professional, and made a stressful situation into a quick and painless process. They were able to send someone out immediately and I am now a Milestone customer for life!

Milestone did a wonderful job for us. They did what they said they would do and within a very short timeframe. I was pleased with the customer service from the initial call to the completion of our electrical work and water heater replacement. They offered advice and suggestions that we will use in the future. They were personable and took the time to explain and demonstrate what the work required and why it was necessary. I rarely find a company that provides this kind of service in todays’s marketplace. Shoutout to Blake and Zach for representing the company so well! I will definitely refer my friends and family.

After a storm, we lost all power to our bedroom and the kitchen lights because the breaker kept tripping. We also had another issue that a light did not work off the switch. When we called nobody was able to visit until the following Monday. Since we called on Saturday the service fee was waived. I was tempted to call another company for an earlier fix time, but after reading some of the reviews they made me keep this appointment. I was not dissapointed with the service and soo glad we did not go elsewhere. The technician arrived timely and he worked efficiently to find and solve our issues. Explained what was happening and how to avoid this issue happening again. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received.

From start to finish it was a great experience. They came out immediately, scheduled the repair at my convenience, and the team was prompt and professional for the repair. I will absolutely use them for next project. Austin, Al, and Ryan, thank you guys for the help!

Caleb was our Milestone Electrician that we were lucky to have arrived for our appointment. He immediately is personable, professional, and very thorough in his work. Caleb went above and beyond for us and genuinely cares about his customers, quickly and thoroughly ensures every issue is resolved, and that Milestone's customers are very satisfied. Milestone and DFW are very lucky to have Caleb onboard their team!

Last week I paid to have my toilet repaired and they were very timely and professional. I noticed the following day that the issue was not resolved. I Set another appointment to have them come check it out again, now I’m being charged an additional service fee and being quoted double the original repair to get it properly fixed. So much for the “Milestone Promise”.

Michael was pleasant and hardworking and resolved our issue quickly and professionally. I was impressed how quickly he diagnosed the problem and how quickly he was able to fix it. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.
