Will Menzies did a great job! It was an after hours call for air conditioner service on a sweltering day. He was so professional and so courteous after what must have been a very long day for him.

The technicians for this company are all great, but they have just been pushed the narrative of selling everything they can. I called them out for an air conditioner unit not running recently, the first quote was for $12,000 to replace the whole air-conditioning unit and air handler. There’s nothing wrong with the air handler. The second quote was replace the air-conditioning unit at a cost of $9000, I told them I just wanted to replace the compressor which was going to be $4500. Then he comes back in and tells me that my compressor is still under warranty so it would go down to $3600. I got two more estimates and had a replaced and it’s working fine for $1200

My experiences with Milestone has always been top rated. They have always been so professional and they have always provided me with a detailed explanation, pros and cons which allows me to make informative decisions in regards to my home repairs. Yes, I did say repairs. I have used them on more than one occasion that’s just how pleased I am with their service. They are my go to when i’m in need of any home repairs. I have had as much as a chandelier hung to my recent quest which was a whole new A/C system replaced. I applaud this company from the customer service people who respond quickly to your phone calls to the people who do the actual work. I do highly recommend this company. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ easily.

Milestone has been amazing in every interaction I've ever had with them. On Monday my A/C unit went out, felt like it wasn't keep up over the hot weekend. It's a super old unit, so I knew it was probably time to replace. I called Milestone, Monday afternoon and they were out early the next morning. It was what I expected and needed to be replaced. The tech, Raven, called out a field supervisor, who came right out. Austin provided straight forward replacement options, discussed each option clearly and was able to get installation set up same day! Highly recommend Milestone, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, and make the whole process easy. Thank you Raven and Austin, and install crew for keeping us out for the heat!!

Alessandro updated his arrival time and is professional, courteous, and clean with his appearance and work ethic. This work is complimentary of the Advantage Program available twice per year, with a paid membership, for the HVAC system to prevent unnecessary breakdown and preventive maintenance. We are ecstatic about the Milestone experience, including the work performed and the specialists sent for the specific task requested. Our experiences with this company are stellar. The Milestone Experience is well worth the expense and peace of mind that remains when the job is complete.

Incredibly happy with the level of service, communication, and professionalism from Milestone. Roland came out to give us a quote on time, walked through the options and made good suggestions. The electricians (Christian and one other gentleman) who installed our new panel box and security cameras were on time, worked clean, were extremely professional and got the job done right. There was a small accident in which one of the electricians stepped through the ceiling in the garage. It happens! Milestone immediately coordinated the repair in a seamless process and it was never a worry. Couldn’t have asked for a better service at a fair price for the level of quality received.

Grant Hunter and Jeff Pennington came over today, and did a stellar job. They were professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. They went above, and beyond,in all areas. I hope to have them again should we need them.

A thoroughly professional experience. The quality of the work rivals anything I have seen and not often seen at all in residential installations. We had two HVAC systems replaced, and not only was the work first rate they completed both in one day. I hope to come back and post pictures it was so good, and a tin knock duct plenums, not cheap flex! I travel the world managing industrial food grade construction, and this firm rivals that standard in its quality. Excellent service

I’ve been a customer of Milestone for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. Latest repairs featured their electrical and outdoor plumbing departments. Hunter, Corey, Tyler, and Harley all arrived on time, were extremely professional, courteous/friendly and knew their respective professions extremely well. They provided a fair quote then quickly set about making the repairs. I am glad to know Milestone and it’s dedicated staff will always put the needs of my home first and stand behind their work. Great company and great staff. Cannot recommend them enough. They are my first call when something breaks in my home.
