Chris the service man is awesome guy .He is professional,knowledgeable and friendly.He walk me through the other stuff which was not on his schedule. He got me as a regular customer and member. Thank you for great service milestone 🙏

The tech did not do what he was supposed to and matinace the units. He instead showed me bogus video of my unit and proceeded to lie to me about the state of my unit. He falsified the state of my unit. Specifically said it was leaking coolant at the coil and that it had air leaks all around the unit. That the coil was rusted all through, dusty and had biological growth all through it. He showed me video that was supposed to be my unit but was obviously of a bad unit that had been serviced elsewhere. What he did not know is that I'm a details person and had the company that originally installed the unit check it. They showed me first hand that all the issue stated by the milestone tech were absolutely false. I will never use this company again and will make sure this review is posted everywhere they advertise. You tried to screw the wrong guy. Clearly a case of F around and find out. Sincerely, the wrong man to lie too.

I have used Milestone for several years for all of my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. The first time I had contacted them was several years ago when I lived in a different home and had a plumbing issue... I had tried several plumbers however the issue kept returning. When I finally used Milestone the issue never returned. Since then I use them for all plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintainence and service needs. They are a one-stop shop and I can count on the quality!

Although Milestone appeared to do a thorough analysis of the HVAC and Electrical issues we were experiencing at our home, and they did a good job presenting the findings to us, a) the electrician smudged our barstools with his blue pen, tried to rub it out, and then brought it to my wife’s attention that he saw it there before and denied it was him, and b) quoted outrageous pricing. We took their findings and asked another electrician for a second opinion and quote, and it was 1/10 the cost of Milestone.

I have not used the business YET, but I am very very impressed!! Andre and Austin are the best, so helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about their work and the company. We are hoping to do do business with them SOON! Thank you so much, Milestone!
