I have used Milestone Air and Electric so far and both have been really good experiences. Costs a little more than other places, but I think the quality and comfort speaks for itself (they also have a membership to make the prices more competitive).
The communication of the company is awesome.
The genuine hard work and honestly of the tradesmen/techs have been amazing too.

I would certainly say that they do deserve their awards and ratings, more than most award winning businesses, regardless of the market, that I have worked with.

One of your drivers pulled into private property a synagogue. I asked him to leave, and he was rude and obnoxious. He took his time leaving. Is this what integrity you teach your employees? He said it was a church, and I said yes it was and the church didn't want anyone trespassing which is what he was doing at this time since he was already asked to leave. We never will use your business now.

First time to use Milestone, but not the last. Both Milestone and the tech had great communication. The tech (Jacob) was very thorough and let me know what he found and what work should be done and what to be aware of in the future. A good experience all around.

AC wasn’t working properly and called Milestone late in the evening and tech came out within an hour. Tech guy came out and knew exactly what to check and fixed it right away. I forgot his name but he was really professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely want him to do any repairs or maintenance in the future if possible.

Very friendly and professional staff. The comfort technician Austin answered all of my questions. I'm a new home buyer, Austin and his crew made the painful process of replacing a 23 year old HVAC system a lot less painful.

The install crew got the job done in only half a day, and they set up a portable AC unit to keep me cool while they did the work.

As for the price, it definitely wasn't cheap, but they didn't cut corners and it was comparable to other major companies.

Respond was excellent. Move quickly to replace old unit. Where willing to work past office hours at no extra charge to get our new unit installed. Installers Able and Christian worked non stop to get us cool. Can't thank them enough.

Milestone called in advance and serviceman showed up timely. Performed necessary review and cleaned AC hose and checked overall equipment. Explained what he did and provided detailed receipt. Great experience!!!

Don’t call any other company, call Milestone! Mechanical and A/C problems are never fun to deal with, but they made the experince easy and positive. My tech, Justin, was very professional and went above and beyond during the visit. I signed up for their advantage program and was able to get the best deal possible on the cost of the repair.

Air went out Wednesday. Told it takes 3-5 business days to get parts. Called on day 1, verified parts were shipped. Received documentation it was shipped. Day 1 and 2- tried to survive in a house at 86 degrees with 73% humidity. Border our pets. Went to a hotel day on day 3. Called Sunday for an update to see if they have any update on where parts are and estimated time of installation. Was told they have a window of up to 5 days and to check in tomorrow. Called today and was told the parts are lost and management has to find them. At that point I’m mad. Called and spoke with a great rep named Gabe. He and his manager located the parts and said they would be in prior to the 30th. Worked with me to ensure a preliminary slot could be on the calendar “in case” the parts come in- installation is a POTENTIAL Saturday morning. If they don’t they don’t know what to tell me….. I would have to cancel 4th of July and sit in a 86 degree house.

I haven’t experienced this prior. Fingers crossed but I wouldn’t go through this again.
