I had outrageous quotes from other companies. Gorman replaced my 20 year old furnace/air handler with a Trane unit for 60% what some other companies asked for. Michael, was extremely professional and spent extra time to listen to my concerns and address them. The second evening the newly installed drip pan overflowed. They sent a man out at 8 pm to replace the water level sensor. When you really need to rely on a company that is honorable, reliable, and responsive. I highly recommend Gorman Mechanical

I purchased my HVAC system from Gorman Mechanical a few years ago and have had them out twice a year since. I have been very happy with my system, their support and services, their responsiveness and professionalism. I would highly recommend contacting them if you need to upgrade your system, need repairs or just routine maintenance. I have been very pleased with my ongoing relationship with this company.

The technician was great. However, we had a 12-4 window of service and he didn’t get there till 5:30. If you’re going to be late, it’d be nice to at least get notice as early as possible so we’re not waiting around. Great job otherwise!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - THEY DID NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE!

We had our unit serviced in May of 2023 for air conditioner shutting off and breaker tripping.

Approximately 5 - 6 weeks later, June 18, 2023, we had issues again, this time the unit not cooling. The technician that came out this time discovered the air filter in the unit in the attic was COVERED in dust and debris. He opined that this should have been discovered during our May service call. Our June service call was no charge because the technician acknowledged we did not get the service we paid for in May and actually said we should get a refund for that call.

Now my unit needs a $5,000.00 repair and I am certain that had the filter been looked at and changed, we wouldn't be in this situation.

The company will not take responsibility and implied that WE HAD TOLD THEM WE HAD CHANGED THE FILTER, we didn't even know our attic unit had a filter! We're not in the A/C business and everything we read says the clogged up filter would have contributed to the issue.

My 26 year old a/c unit finally died. I had three different HVAC companies come and provide quotes to replace the unit. Of the three, I chose Gorman Mechanical for the job. The sales representative was punctual, polite, thorough and very patient in his explanation of what would be done and what it would cost. No pressure at all to upsell. I was able to chose an installation date that worked with my schedule. A few days later (but prior to installation) because I had a conflict with the installation date I chose, I had to request a rescheduled installation but that too was quickly set. The day of installation three installers arrived. Each of the installers were polite to me, respectful of my property, quiet as they could be (I work from home) and hard working. Looking back on the process, I can't even think of any constructive criticism to offer. Their price was fair (and a good value), everyone was timely and their work was excellent. You will not regret using them for your home or office!

We adopted Gorman from our home's previous owner's purchase of a Trane unit with a transferrable warranty. They have been out a few times to assist with maintenance on a faulty thermostat/sensor free of charge under warranty. Most importantly as a first-time homeowner, Josh has been a tremendous help to me in educating me about my system and how to maintain it properly. Josh just performed duct work today for a very fair price and I always feel very confident Gorman has done a great job when he comes out to my service.

Gorman installed our new unit in 2019. They are very responsive to service calls and extremely professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in Tarrant or Parker counties.

Bishup was sent out to do our HVAC system maintenance today and did an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL and THOROUGH job! He is fairly new to the Gorman family and we hope that he stays... we will be asking that he handle future maintenance/service appointments.
