Jaden was absolutely and completely professional. Took care of the issue is a timely manner. Would not go with anyone else except for Gorman.

Just had my HVAC system replaced by Gorman Mechanical. This is a dependable and responsive company that is also trustworthy. That's a winning combination and not easy to find in this business. I highly recommend you contact them and at least get a quote.

Horrible company.. they only have 1 real tech thats qualified or even certified and a bunch of kids.. owner steals from his workers and never upholds warranty.. will not call any jobs that are sold back..takes your money and never here from him again.. they do every job unlawfully.. OVERALL GARBAGE.. not to mention service manager is a convict but yet goes to people's houses and schools.. NOBODY HAS A TDLR.. YAH STAY AWAY FROM THEM.. JOSH HAS LEFT THIS COMPANY FOR A REASON...

As a property manager and refer of great vendors, I will say Gorman Mechanical is the best at HVAC work. I recommend using them hands-down.

Ray completed A/C repairs on Saturday in a very timely and efficient manner. I am very satisfied with his services.

Coincidentally ;P Our AC broke the day after Gorman came out to do the season check/preventative maintenance. Then began a 6-week saga during the VERY HOT summer of 2022 where we went without AC for 6 weeks from mid-June until late July. I called regularly requesting an update on the status of the parts they were ordering. I asked for other creative fixes or any other ways to get our AC up and running again. Every time I called, they told me someone would call me back with an update, a quote for cost, etc and NO ONE EVER called us back one time. If I didn't call them, they didn't call me for 6 weeks. Finally, we found another company who would get us a coil from another manufacturer and have it installed the next day. So, we did that. I had asked if they could use other manufacturer parts and they told me no, there was nothing they could do but wait for the part. Now, it's been a few months and I can't get them to return my call to refund my money (over $200) for the maintenance fees we paid for this year since we will NOT be using them ever again, and we've been told multiple times that a manager would call us back. If I could give them zero stars I would. We'd previously used this company for years, but it was always for regular maintenance. Not broken ACs. And when we actually needed them to do some work for us, they ghosted us. Just overall, horrible customer service, and they are happy to take your money for AC checks, but don't help you when you need it.
