Great service! Replaced 1 full HVAC system last year & will need to replace the upstairs unit soon and will choose them!

JESSE did a tremendous jod .. He us very detailed and precise in his work. He has come several times and wenask for him when we need a look.

Happy to report that Stephen successfully addressed issues on 3 units for our church, returning them to full operations! Thank you!

Left a bad review the other day, the owner called and discussed what was going on, which was my bad, all issues have be addressed, definitely our go to company for any and all A/C troubles, thank you Gorman Mechanical

These people are great. Give them a call, you will be glad you did.

Gorman Mechanical was scheduled to come to my house 3 times but did not show up or call after 3 no shows.

I called before each appointment to confirm the appointments but they still did not show up or call.

I finally worked with Christina at Gorman Mechanical and they finally showed up the 4th time. Christina is the only positive experience I had working with them.

It's been 2 weeks and I still do not have a working AC in the 100+ degrees this summer.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend them.

This post is long overdue, a year ago when my AC went out in the dead of the summer Gorman Mechanical came out and replaced our entire unit. Not only were they above and beyond great customer service, they give us a heck of a deal! I am finally leaving this review because because I'm calling them out to complete another job for me. Sorry I was so late to leave them a review. They did not hesitate when it came to helping me out!!

Michelle worked us into their busy schedule as we had water dripping from our ceiling! Jesse came out, was professional, and worked to solve the problem with good dialogue back and forth to ensure we were on the same page!! Both of our AC Units have been updated in the last 3 years. They were installed and are maintained by Gorman Mechanical, Inc. - Keep up the good work!

Avoid this company at all costs. I used Gorman for other repairs because they were included in my home warranty for my new home purchase. Well my heating went down in the middle of January so I gave them a call to come look at it since they were familiar with my system. They sent two techs to look at the system and it took them about 45 minutes to tell me I needed a new blower motor. They quoted me $1,150 to replace the motor including labor.

I decided to get a second opinion from a more well known company in Fort Worth since the quote seemed a bit high from Gorman. One of the technicians from the well known company arrived and figured out the issue in about 3 minutes. It had nothing to do with the blower motor and was a small coil fix of about $170. The tech even showed me the system and explained that the blower was fine and showed how it worked if he bypassed the coil.

Save yourself some money and go with a different company before you overpay for something your system doesn't need.

The 'after hours repairman' said that my Goodman HVAC Heat Pump was 'low' on freon. He put in 3 lbs and charged us $250 per lb !! That was not the bad part, not long after his leaving he left a ground wire disconnected and then the unit shorted out and was and now DEAD !
I have had to use them more than a few time over the past few years and they have ALWAYS overcharged us!!
