The 2 Miguel’s were VERY professional in their mannerisms and work quality. I have seen many installs and must admit that theirs was the cleanest and displayed their well-thought out experience and ability to work together. Gorman Mechanical was recommended to me by my past client, who used them and had great experience. In July 2018 one of my A/C units stopped working. I called and scheduled an appointment. I was very happy they came out the very next day. Their technician checked all of my 3 units and found the problem. I was given two options, one was to try to fix it and second to replace the whole unit. I chose to replace the whole unit because it made more sense to me. They came in a day later and installed the unit. Professional, accommodating and on time.I really like that. A month later my other unit started to fail, I was worried that I will have to replace yet another unit. Thankfully they were able to fix it because the problem was not as big. Small fix and Freon addition. Overall I'm very happy with their services and now I forward their information to all my friends and clients whenever they need HVAC pros.

If you ever could say Wow about an A/C company this would be the time. These guys came out to the house assess the problem. Explained it in terms that anyone could understand. They showed us exactly what was going on. Pictures as well as visual for the areas we could see. They gave us several solutions. Some we liked some we did not like. Then the service guys came back out replaced our unit. That was the solution we did not like due to the cost. Even then they worked with us.They were very very courteous cleaned up very well after themselves. It was just nice to actually have a company that has great customer service especially now days. I really don't think I could ask for better communication.

Thanks to David and his exceptional installation crew . My transaction from start to finish was done in less than one day.i couldn't have asked for a more professional and efficient team. I will recommend Gorman Mechanic to family and friends for their AC problem.

We had our entire central system changed out July 1st.
These guys came in and did it in under 4 hours. Amazing!
My attic is a crouch only space. Didn't slow them down at all. I work outside myself in all weather, but not in attics. They have my full respect for what they do.
My system is perfect, and coooooold!
I had several quotes. David beat my best one.

We started off having a very bad experience with the tech sent out from Gorman Mechanical. A manager David was supposed to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Shorty after, the next tech came out we were still having the same problem. I was told if I had any issues to reach out to David. When the air went out shortly afterward, I reached out to David and was told he was just the service manager and to call another number to see if someone could help.After another day without air, another tech came out and things were left in a dangerous situation and not fixed. Part of the equipment (a shroud) which is a large piece was not even put back, electrical wires were left sticking out, bolts not secured and more. A new company had to be sent out. We were told the other tech damaged our equipment, left pieces out and didn’t properly replace the fan motor etc... which caused other blade issues and more problems. He said someone could have gotten serious hurt or worse with the wires left out. In addition, the huge drain line charge we paid for recently was not done properly since it had to be done in the attic line to clear things. We were told it wasn’t done which we also observed how it was done by Gorman and today. There are parts that now need to be ordered and we have been left with major problems and no air again. We have elderly and people with health issues in our home. This has not only been terrible service but poor quality techs who did not do their jobs properly and caused more problems. Great experience... Spoke with David the sales manager who was very polite and knowledgable. They were able to schedule the installation the next day. The installation team (Miguel) was very professional, called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived on time to start the job. They finished in the amount of time they had previously told me. The work area outside and inside was left just as clean as before they started. Absolutely pleased with the entire process.

We have had our two units replaced now and they did a great job. The latest was on the hottest day of the year (109deg) in an attic and they didn't complain once. I would highly recommend them, ask for David when you call he helped make sure I got exactly what I needed and not a bunch of stuff that I didn't.
