Stacy from Gorman Mechanical arrived on time, to the exact minute, worked on my system for about 3 hours and checked the whole thing out beyond just the issue that I called for. He gave great recommendations on maintaining the system in the future as well as the correct products to use. I highly recommend this company because of their prompt and professional service.

they were used by my home warranty company. And I had an issue June 2019 that my warranty didnt cover, but used this company anyway to complete the job. Well fast forward to a week ago, and noticed my upstairs AC wasnt getting cool. So i called to schedule service. I called on a Friday morning and Katy i think was her name had me scheduled Monday. The tech Jesse (was the same guy who came out last year) called ahead of time and arrived within the window. I explained the situation and he got right to work. He was very professional, answered my questions, and didnt try to up-sell me on any additional services. Two successful jobs completed, I will call them next time for sure!

My warranty company has sent Gorman to my house multiple times over the last few years. Until last year, I also maintained another group, Air Squad, until they themselves advised not keeping both. I was concerned doing so,until my latest event. Last night, I discovered my upstairs outside unit was not coming on, and called Nations. Within hours they had called back and advised Gorman would call me the next morning. About 8am they did... AND advised they could come outtoday. By noon Stacy, their tech,was here and already working to evaluate the issue. After a thorough investigation, he took the time to not only walk me through my issues, but advise me on future consideration. At this point I expect only equal followup and attention as the issues are resolved. Thank you Stacy.

I was very impressed with the service I recieved. I had the pleasure of having Jimmy come out to my home and work on my AC. He was very professional. He also had no problem answering any and all of my questions. He was kind and very personable. I would absolutely recommend Gorman Mechanical and Jimmy to my family and friends needing quality HVAC work!

We just had our upstairs A/C unit replaced by Gorman. Gorman also replaced the downstairs unit in 2016 by the home's previous owner. They worked with us on the price and service agreement. The unit was replaced in less than a day. The crew of three was professional and cleaned up after they were done. The crew lead Curtis helped me set up the WiFi enabled thermostat. Professional and friendly customer service. All-in-all a very positive experience

5 Star Review for Gorman Mechanical. Our 20 year old AC died. Rather than patch it back up we decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new unit. After 5 bids we selected Gorman Mechanical. They had the best price and lowest pressure sales process (Michael). They installed our 5 ton 16 SEER Trane system the very next day. The installers, William and Robby, were fantastic. They let my kids talk their ears off all day and even cut a door into the huge cardboard box for them to play in. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend Gorman Mechanical if you have AC or furnace needs.

Thank you for upgrading my system to the new freon. Next year, in 2020 , it will be a crisis for many homeowners. I'm so glad you were able to provide good, honest, competent service at a great price. I appreciate Gorman Mechanical. Too bad I had to deal with so many other poor companies before I met you.

Gorman Mechanical took care of me when I had to 3 ton AHU that were not cooling. They found that the evaporator coils were corroded and leaking freon when my home warranty company sent them out to diagnose the issues. I was able to get two new high quality Air Handler Units at a very small cost versus replacement of the evaporator coils. The new AHUs came with a 10 year warranty each so the decision to pay the small extra charge was a no brainer. I would recommend this company to anybody in the future. Very prompt, professional, and courteous.

Stacy was dispatched by my home warranty company to check on an A/C unit that was struggling with the summer heat. He was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about our A/C units. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue. I would highly recommend this company for any AC unit repair that you need.
