1st Response AC and Heating

I have been using this company for 8 years. I pay an extremely low yearly maintenance. They come out twice year check heater and make sure there are no problems than do the same for a/c for spring. They will be honest with you about what your equipment needs or just let you know everything is fine. I had. Motor go out called them they responded immediately and assessed the problem and told me just to replace motor. Other companies might have tried to sell me a new unit. This company operates with high integrity. I will give them 10 stars but I’m only allowed to get five highly recommend them.

Very pleased with our recent experience with 1st Response AC and Heating and highly recommend them. Our home AC system started failing in May 2022 so we started looking for options to repair/replace the system. Tyler with 1st Response came out and did a great job of evaluating our older system and walked me through the available options. I was impressed with his thoroughness and the fair price they quoted to replace our system so we proceeded with replacing everything. The 1st Response Team did a great job of coordinating everything and did a great job of communicating along the way. Everything was professional and went smooth on the day of install and everything works great now. Definitely appreciate Tyler, Sandy, and the rest of the 1st Response Team and I recommend you give them a call if you need anything with your AC system. We will use them again in the future if needed!

My problems started after they did a routine checkup. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit. They suggested changes that I paid for 2 months in a row. Now my compressor has magically gone out and they are suggesting a new unit 5k+.

Tyler and Spencer are the absolute best! Great guys with a lot of integrity and skill. My husband says they are "the bomb," and tonight I would have to say Spencer was our hero. :) When you call into the office you are greeted by Sandy who is always so sweet and helpful. Just an all around great experience from start to finish every single time.
