The service is great. Very prompt at getting the system repaired and/or replaced. The professionalism is excellent, very respectful. Had to replace my 2nd unit and automatically I called NSG again. Called NSG up for a quote and they came out the same day. Would have started installation the day after except for rain. They walked me through several options with no pressure applied. The installation was done quickly and well and new systems work great! Friendly crew and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

From the time of quote to the finish time of an entirely new AC system was less than 24 hours. Very impressed by the speed and professionalism from everyone on the job and Juan for walking me through the issues of our old system.

The new Armstrong HVAC is cooling great. Everyone at NSG answered all my questions and we very knowledgeable.

Our A/C went out after a lovely 109 degree day and NSG responded quickly to come out and diagnose the problem. They were able to get us fixed with parts they had on-hand (no wait time!) and had our A/C ready to roll in 15 minutes. They even showed up earlier than their predicted window, which was amazing for us since the house was creeping above 80 degrees. Will continue to recommend to others, and we’re switching our regular maintenance to NSG as well.

I called mid morning and spoke with Maria and explained my outdoor unit was not working- she got me on the schedule today.
Technician James came to my rescue- had issue diagnosed in less than 5 minutes and replaced the capacitor. He was very informative and pleasant. Great customer service from beginning to end!! Definitely would recommend this company!

I’ve done business with multiple other HVAC companies that were all very good but NSG is truly exceptional. Everyone was great to deal with and a complete furnace and condenser replacement only took 3.5 hours. They also fixed out venting issue that caused our front office to get extremely uncomfortable in the summer. They were $5000 less than our usually company we use. We had our new HVAC system in less than 24 hours from the initial visit.

I signed-up for the maintenance plan with NSG (Summer and Winter preventative maintenance) and have had two appointments so far. They are professional, prompt, communicate well, and do good work.

Juan is great to work with and willing to answer my questions help me understand everything going on with my system.

I get notices when they are on the way, and they reliably show up for appointments when scheduled.

Nick, Maria, Juan, James,…all of the crew that was involved in our “our AC is out” extravaganza were spot on! My normal company I’ve used for years couldn’t get to us until 3 days later and we were recommended this company by a patient of mine and they bandaid fixed us same day/night and new install 2 days later.
