This is a great company, they were able to come out the same day my AC went out and identify the issue.

Unfortently it was going to take some significant work and they were booked up the next day, but they came out the day after and did the entire job and everything works perfect now.

They answered all my questions and offered additional yearly maitenece service, but with zero sales pressure.

I'd recommend this company to everyone.

My AC unit decided to die on Saturday for an unknown reason. Called these guys early Monday morning and they were able to get out to me same day was an easy repair. Being in the middle of a Texas summer I appreciate they were able to get this done very quickly

Condenser drain line was not flowing properly leading to water flowing into the secondary pan and drain. Technician was very professional, friendly and efficient and completed the repair in less than 10 minutes. My only complaint was the cost of service. They charged me $200 for a 10 minute job. I think that’s excessive.

NSG tech (Juan) did a great job of completing the job not done correctly by Condor Mechanical when they installed my heat pump. NSG is my go to for HVAC needs!

Came out after hours and checked everything out then gave us multiple options to choose from. Never once did Tony seem like a salesman just an everyday guy that is trying get you up and running with A/C and in a price range that's affordable without cutting out service or warranty. Would recommend to anyone. I would give 25 stars is possible

This business is a blessing to my family! We came home from a 3 week vacation to a 98 degree house! Who knows how long my AC was out?! My landlord did not have any leads on when he could get out here or when someone could come. This business called ME and reached out to me and said they could come right now and fixed it in under 10 minutes! Best service ever! ❤️❤️
