We reached out to NSG as we thought one of our vents was leaking. The technician came out on time, and was quickly able to identify the real problem. He was professional and honest, and didn’t charge us for repairs that weren’t needed. We love NSG and highly recommend them! UPDATE: Our upstairs unit stopped working last night and NSG came out first thing this AM- problem solved!! Nothing but love for NSG.

Hands down Nick and his team are the best !! Nick and Juan are very polite , honest, respectful and will do anything to insure your satisfied with the work. Nick and his crew are top notch! They recently replaced our outside unit. They evaluated our system one day and had it running again the next. I am so thankful that I had a working heater through the winter storm we just endured.

Nick and his crew are great. They've done a great job servicing and troubleshooting my units both times I've called them out. They gave me a thorough explanation about what was wrong with my system, what was needed to fix it, and recommendations to help keep these 13 year old units up and running as long as possible.

During a recent storm, we experienced an electrical surge that fried one of our A/C compressors. I originally filed a claim with our home warranty company becuase that's what it's there for. After getting sticker shocke from the quote for the repair that was not covered under the warranty I called Nick to see if it was on the up and up. Needless to say I should have just started with Nick and his crew. I found out that company doing the work for the warranty company was marking up items in excess of 96%. Now, I understand a business needs to make some money but I felt that this was nothing more than price gouging. So, after talking things over with Nick, I felt the best move was to let the other company make a 100% margin on $0 and give Nick my business for a new unit. He worked me in right away, his guys were courteous and professional, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The new unit and duct work that I request now cools two rooms that face the evening sun that our old unit never could manage to keep cool.

I have used these guys to install a new HVAC system last year and they also maintain it. These guys take pride in their work & do what they can to make the customer happy. You can tell in the way they talk about the job and how they go over the technical details. With them I know that the job will be done right. I would highly recommend. Thank you NSG.

NSG Heating and Air ROCKS! My A/C went out late one evening recently. I had a sick baby at home, so could not wait for my home warranty contact to take a day or two to fix it. I checked our NextDoor app and found NSG Heating & Air highly rated by many neighbors. I called them and Nick was able to arrive within the hour. I bought this fixer-upper with many issues including the a/c units that are old and dusty, so they were definitely challenging, but Nick thoroughly diagnosed the problem and repaired them both, all that very evening. I was amazed at his professionalism, kindness and effectiveness in troubleshooting and ultimately repairing both units. NSG's pricing is very reasonable and he provided a 10% first responder discount. The invoice NSG emailed to me was amazingly detailed, which I appreciate. I would use NSG again, and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of similar services.

Nick, the owner, went ABOVE and BEYOND to get our home cool late on a Saturday evening. He was quick and efficient from the time of calling to getting the job complete. His after hour fees are fair as well as his what we needed fixed. Our family is greatly appreciative since it was a 100+ Degree weekend. Going forward NSG will be our go to a/c company!
