Great service as always. The specialist was on time and worked quickly! The AC was running great again within minutes! Changed the filter, explained the recommended service schedule for my home and left his card in case I needed anything else or had any additional questions. I definitely recommend NSG!

Juan was right on tme. My AC went out in some
of the hottest weather we've had in TX. I expected not to see anyone until later that evening. At 8:45 am, the NSG van pulls up, Juan gets out of the truck and in a few mins my AC was fixed! Juan was very polite and professional. He's an asset to the company.

Nick was always on time, professional and honest. He had two other employees with him on the job who were respectful of our home and our time. Nick was meticulous in overseeing every part of the process, you just don't see that too much in owners of companies and so it was appreciated.
