Juan showed up early, check out my inside and outside units and caught a flaw in the thermostat that the original installers made. Juan knows his stuff and is very professional, took the time to tell me about my units and explain how and what they do. Don’t hesitate to call NSG, I highly recommend them!

NSG installed a new AC unit 2 summers ago and it has done great! Juan Vargas just came to do a routine summer maintenance that was included and was very professional and throughly checked that unit was still running smoothly. It was 👍🏽 Highly recommend NSG!

Called then at 530 pm on Friday. Juan showed up at house 830 am Saturday. We have 2 hvac units. One upstairs needed charging. The one downstairs needed to be replaced. Its 98° outside. The crew was there first thing Monday replacing the unit and charging the other. Very quick and excellent work.

We had issues with our AC making loud noises and it quit working. Within an hour Juan was here and fixed it. They are fast, responsive and much cheaper than I expected. This will be our go to AC company from now on. 5 stars all the way.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They responded quickly to our call. Nick was able to figure out the problem and gave us several options as well as what he would recommend. We went ahead and replaced our whole unit after being in the house 10 yrs. We have had another AC company come out and replace our failing evaporator coil every couple of years which ended up becoming expensive. Nick told us that we didn't have a coil issue that it was more of a circulation issue. We also had one of rooms always stayed very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. This is an issue of poor ducting from the home builder. Once they started removing the old unit, they made a big discovery! They home builder didn't make the opening to our hvac unit big enough causing our unit to not work properly. Nick also to us that he was working on another house near by with the exact same issues. Now that Nick has fixed all of our issues, the whole house feels nice in cool. This house has never been this cold...ever! If you want a company that is serious about their work and is straight and to the point, this is the company.

Tech arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions. I thought I would need to purchase a new unit, but he got it running in no time. Super polite and knowledgeable. Definitely making NSG Air Specialists my HVAC company to call whenever I need their services! Thank you!

My A/C unit was making the craziest noise and before we went to bed last night we had the heat set to 74 degrees. I woke up this morning and it was 62 degrees in the house. I called NSG Heating and Air this morning and they came out same day. Nick came out and i told him about the noise and showed him a video i took of my unit. He took a look and we found it to be a wire that came loose. So instead of trying to up sell me and replace the motor he fixed the real problem! This company is 100% honest and has earned my business FOR LIFE! They also gave me a 10% discount for being active duty military. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!
