Very professional. Called for service at 9 am and Juan was at my house by 11:30 am in the middle of August. Upfront with the cost of the repairs that needed to take place in comparison to the cost to replace. They were here at 8 am the next day with everything needed to replace the whole thing. Ricardo and Xavier did a very clean and professional install. There wasnt even wire clippings in the grass after they cleaned up. Will definitely recommend to anyone who may need hvac work.

Nick and Maria, you have the best hard working team players! Juan, Rico,and Xavier always go above and beyond to get my AC back up and running. They explain everything in details. I'll always remain your best customer.

James, as always was great. His knowledge of the system and of what’s going on with new technologies is impressive. He is informative without being pushy. He quickly figured out what was going on and gave pointers of how to keep things economically running. Thanks to James and everyone at NSG.

I e used them twice now. Once to install a new ac upstairs and now to service the downstairs after a bad contactor made it stop. They were able to schedule and come out on a Sunday to fix it (higher charge for weekend).

Nick, Juan, and the NSG team were the best! They responded quickly and thoroughly explained my repair needs. They were super friendly and extremely professional. All team members wore masks and even wore booties when they found out I had my carpet cleaned the same day. If I ever need service again, I'll be sure to call them again.

Incredible, friendly service from Juan! We called this morning around 730a and they were out here by 1p. Immediately knew what was wrong and fixed the issue with our AC unit. Would use again and again for our hvac services. Give this man a raise he knows what he’s doing!

Rarely do I post reviews about companies I've used. In this case, however, I feel I must. Our AC unit went out over the weekend. After finding NSG on Google Maps, I gave them a call and my only regret is I didn't call them years ago! They were on time, transparent, honest, and professional. Juan walked us through many options and we decided to buy a new unit altogether. We couldn't be happier (or cooler)! The install crew worked hard and they were all very personable and kind. Nick (the owner of NSG) came by after the install to ensure everything was done correctly. I would highly recommend NSG for all your AC needs!

After waiting most of the day for another company to come out I was referred to NSG by my Mom group (whom never lets me down). 48 hours later I had a new furnace & a/c fully installed. Nick was thorough, responded quickly and helped with financing options as well. The gents that we're in my home for most of the installation were polite & when they we're done they took their time explaining everything they had done & went over regular maintenance instructions. Over all my family is very please with our NSG experience, would highly recommend.

Came out in less than an hour from when I called. Knew exactly what my problem was that I had been fighting for 1 year with my unit. Unit never worked properly since install. Tech came out and added a hard start to the unit. Very happy with the service. Took him 10 minutes to install.
