Ralph gave me a heads up call when he was gonna be there and arrived on time, he was very professional and made it easy to ask questions, he was very knowledgeable about my unit and I would highly recommend him.     I scheduled an appointment over the phone for someone to take a look at my HVAC and give me a quote on repairs. I was given a window of 1-4pm. Around 4:15, no one had shown up so I messaged customer service who told me my slot was for 3:30-6pm and that the technician was running behind. I informed them this was not the time I was told over the phone and they basically told me “I’ll pass on the message”. The technician came, and was kind, worked on a pipe on the HVAC and then left. At this point, I was just expecting the $99 service fee since the technician did not tell me about any other charges. Before he even got in his car, someone from customer service was calling me demanding a payment for $477. I told him I had no idea what that was even for and he said it was for the labor and parts. I asked him to send me the invoice and give me a minute to review it since this was such a big difference. He proceeded to call the tech, make him come back to my door and put him on speaker to demand payment, saying the tech is not allowed to leave until payment is made. Within the next 10 min this company called me 4 times demanding I pay without even giving me a chance to review anything. When I asked for a supervisor he panicked and started offering me discounts, first 10% and then 20%. I didn’t let up on wanting someone to call me back but ended up paying with the discount just so this poor tech could go home. Customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful to me over the phone and I felt like I was being extorted the way they were hounding me for payment. The repairs better hold up correctly or they will not be able to shake me…..terrible business ethics. Thank goodness I didn’t do the promotion for 12 months of service!!

    Our 17 year old furnace needed 2 motors replaced. Applied Heating and Cooling team installed a new furnace with personalized service and honesty without trying to sell us an unnecessarily larger unit. I will definitely use them again for maintenance and whenever our 17 year old A/C gives up. I highly recommend them.

    Can’t say enough about Applied Heating and Cooling. Geoffrey and his guys know their stuff. Got 4 quotes to replace my heat pump. These guys had the best price by far. A lot of contractors are out there trying to take advantage of people. Not these guys. Good people doing good work. Will definitely use them again.

    Booked well in advance and was given a 3 hour window for a technician to arrive. Waited 3 hours past my original 3 hour window and just gave up. No communication from anyone. Called 3 times and was told I’d be contacted by the tech with an update. Never received call and just cancelled appt. Save your time. Go with someone else for your HVAC needs.
