Excellent service from the office to the technician. I was texted my appointment info, then prior to the technician coming out, I got another text that they were on their way. They also called me, letting me know they were going to grab some food & head on over. It was lunch time!
Shane, the owner was the technician that came out. He was training someone. Both were very nice & very informative. They told me what they were going to do. They were here maybe 45 minutes & did a few test. I was told my AC may be on its way out just because it’s a 20 year old unit. But he said it’s working fine for now & if anything happens, give them a call. $99 for the call. Not bad. Whenever the time comes when my 20 year old unit decides to stop working, I’ll be calling Smart Air Service to replace it. I just hope it’s not anytime soon.

Smart Air came to my rescue this past week! They sent two different people to my house on the same day to determine my needs and set an appointment to put in my new system the same day. Eddie did the install and it all went very well. Try this amazing company for your needs!

We had another company come out 3x and could not provide an answer for why our AC wasn’t working. Eddie came by and figured out the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it onsite. Very responsive, professional, and came onsite within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend!

So far, so good! We've been using Smart Air for about 1.5yrs in our property that has 2 ACs and now a mini-split. We have their maintenance package and they track when we need service very well. It's a small business and the owner, Shane, has come to our house twice himself. We had a problem with a bathroom humidity and Shane looked at it for over 2 hours and I don't think he even charged us because our current AC was just too powerful. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary equipment either. Then this month we have built in a patio and went to our contractor for a quote to get a mini-split AC/Heater. Their price seemed really high and they didn't seem able to "hear" us when we told them what we were looking for. So we called up Smart Air. They came out same day and had a written quote that was close to half the price of the other guy and captured what we wanted. Then they organized the electrician and Shane came out personally to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted and what his guys would be working with. In less than a week we've gotten our mini-split for half the price and done better than we could have hoped. Their customer service, from the lady on the phone, to the young man who came out for the quote, the guys who installed, and of course the owner is first rate and their quality has been consistent and prices reasonable.

I recommend giving Smart Air a call.
We have an LG ductless/split system with ceiling cassettes and they're complicated. Some companies wont service these types of units.
Our system stopped cooling one day when it was 100 degrees outside.
Smart Air was very professional during the whole experience and sent Frank B. right over to diagnose the problem. Frank was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the system. He fixed the problem, then told us how future issues may occur and how they could be resolved.

Dereck, my technician, was right on time, very courteous, and explained everything he was doing in very plain language. I really appreciated that there was no "hard sell" to get me to sign up for maintenance plans, etc. He just clearly explained the options that were available.
