He did a very thorough job and spent a good amount of time making sure everything was working properly for summer. Scheduling is always easy as well, they are a pleasant company to work with.

I used Smart air as a second opinion Jackie was great at answering my questions and getting me scheduled. Austin came out and was able to find the units and assess them (despite my limited direction and knowledge of the building) he was able to find the issue and explain exactly what was wrong. He was quick so to get it repaired and running. I highly recommend using them and if you get Austin as your Technician bonus points!

I called Smart Air to have them move an HVAC vent over a few feet. I was able to get an estimate in a day and the work done within 2 business days. The entire team was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. It was pretty pricey for a one-hour job, but I was happy to have it done by professionals who knew what they work doing. Like they say, you get what you pay for.

Realized our AC wasn’t blowing cold air earlier today at around 4pm. Called a bunch of spots around town; they couldn’t see us until tomorrow or Monday. We have a toddler, and so there’s no way we’d make it a night w/out AC. Called Smart Air around 4:15pm, and they had a guy come to our house by 4:52pm. They fixed it by 5:30pm, and we now have AC in time to start cooking dinner. Amazing, fast, friendly service. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Smart Air has never let us down over the nearly 2 years we've worked together. I had a place I used, but they became aggressive with upsells and impersonal with a call center. Overall I developed the feeling that our needs weren't super important to them so I looked to move my business elsewhere. SmartAir has always done great work and has ALWAYS been very responsive. There are still upsells, but I feel like the company ultimately values and respects its customers. Ideally any company only wants to solve problems its customer has. Sometimes the service seems rather expensive for what it is (especially our last issue), but the bottom line is that there is a great team who is communicative, available in person - including the owner, including outside of business hours, and the issues get solved. It's kind of hard to tell up from down right now with inflation wreaking havoc, but hopefully our last experience was a one time thing and over time I find the price worth it over a longer term.
