My AC went out on Saturday and Smart Air were the first company to get back to me. I'm so glad they were! Rigo was very informative, letting me know exactly what was wrong and how they would fix it. (Temporarily - it is an original AC unit on a 21-year-old house!) They were prompt, efficient, and got my AC back up and running within 24 hours! I'm very impressed with the service and the speed.

I'll definitely be contacting Smart Air Austin and Shane when I'm ready to replace this ancient unit!

I shopped for a complete replacement of my HVAC for 3 months. It amazes me how unorganized some of these companies are. Some companies never provided estimates or returned calls.
Smart Air is very organized and very professional in all processes of getting a new system for your home.
They advised when they were on their way, showed up on time, and communicated every step of the process. Their estimator came to my home, listened to what I wanted and recommended the best options.
He provided a 4 page professional estimate with 3 choices, explaining in great detail the work to be done.
Work completed was excellent. Shop around, but get an estimate from Smart Air, it will be a smart choice.

Thank goodness for Smart Air Service Co.! Smart Air really came to my rescue recently on a 100 degree day. The woman on the phone was very helpful and was able to schedule a technician right away. Frank B. was the technician and he was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took his time and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I highly recommend Smart Air based on excellent communication and service.

My AC wasn't working, and it was 104 degrees on a Saturday afternoon. I called a few places and left messages, but Smart Air Service not only answered the phone on the weekend, they had someone out to my house with an hour. The technician, Eris, did a great job. Fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing AC repair or maintenance.

Tyler came to our company to repair our heating system...which is located on our roof, and currently covered in ice at 30 degrees. He quickly found the problem and repaired it within two hours. He was amazing. Also very happy with Smart Air as they were able to quickly send someone out during bad weather. They will be our go-to heating and air place from now on!

Had to replace my 22 year old central AC system. Contacted multiple companies and after evaluating their proposals, Smart Air Service came on top. They did not disappoint me with the quality of service and the timeliness in getting the job done. I found Smart Air through recommendations on Nextdoor when our AC went out a couple weeks ago. The whole experience was super positive and not stressful as it's been with other companies in the past. Everyone we interacted with was professional, informative, and communicated every step of the way. The first tech was up front with us about the cost of a new system vs trying to repair our 25 year old system. Staton who came out to recommend new systems was efficient and didn't try to upsell us which I really appreciated. Eddie and Branden did the install and did a beautiful job and finished ahead of schedule. Added bonus, the cost was about $1500 less than a different company had quoted us a couple months ago. I will definitely use Smart Air again and recommend them to anyone!

I called looking for service at 7 PM they were very attentive got me someone scheduled for 830. Set me up in the system immediately started to sending text notifications. The tech called when he was on his way to my property when he arrived he was so polite he got the job done was very professional we were so happy to have AC for the night

This is our third time calling for Smart Air Techie Frank B to do our HVAC maintenance work. He finished everything promptly in about 40 minutes. We signed up for the seasonal deal, which is good until next spring. Prior to this visit, we had all our ducts cleaned. The heater is turned on for the first time since last winter, and condo is nice, warm and cleaned. Electricity bill was lower, too.

My AC issues were for a busy barbershop so getting this done ASAP was critical. I picked two highly rated and reviewed companies off of Yelp. Both came out promptly and measured my shop and gave me a bid for what they thought I needed. The other company gave me a choice between a 3 ton and a 4 ton which I thought was odd. Staton the sales guy with Smart Air Service assured me a 4 ton is what I needed and it would do a good job for the size of my space. I was ready to buy whatever size recommended because the working 3 ton I had wasn't doing the job since I had a new 20 foot ceiling. The quote was timely, thorough, and very professional plus it beat the other one I had by a nice amount. Installation was set for the next day! They brought a big team out and knocked it out in one day even with a few unforeseen issues. After installation there was a little water leakage from somewhere and the owner himself came out and solved the problem. They promptly replaced the damaged ceiling tiles and everything from that point has been perfect. This is a real professional company! They are big enough to get the great price and quick installation and small enough to care about every detail along the way. This can be a very stressful time for a business here in Texas, but the team at Smart Air Service will make you feel like they have control of the situation right from the first phone call. Please do yourself a favor and put your trust in these professionals, they are the real deal!
