Smart Air Cooling & Heating

Update: Eris did my fall maintenance. She was very thorough, showed me pictures and in person of different aspects of my system, gave me honest recommendations, and more. She spent a few hours doing assessments, cleaning, and monitoring, the latter showing pictures of readings. I was very impressed with her!!!!

I was kindly helped upon initial phone call. I am part of their silver plan and since the the admin. Assistant wasn’t sure if my plan included free overnight service, she scheduled me for it just in case and had a technician call me to verify. I ended up having Frank Barbera come the next morning. He arrived early and called ten minutes before arrival. He was kind and professional. He answered questions and did a good job. No problem was found but he checked everything and told me what to look for if the problem happens again. Thanks.

Smart Air is great. You can pay for your service for the entire year. They are very respectful, work with you to schedule an appointment. What is nice is they even have the ability to track your technician so that you can anticipate when the person will arrive. Been very pleased with Smart Air and all their staff.

Adrian, the tech, was terrific, seemed highly qualified and took the time to explain to me what I needed to do now and what I didn't need to do right now. I continue to be happy with the service from Smart Air and have recommended them to friends and family.

We just had a 17 year old HVAC system replaced by Smart Air. They gave a thorough estimate and answered every question I asked. They were a better value and more professional than the other two contractors I contacted. They performed excellent work and even provided a Manual J estimate to get the exact right size of AC system. I highly recommend Staton (our project manager at Smart Air). We are very pleased and thankful for excellent service at a good price.

Excellent service. The tech was courteous, efficient and thorough in completing service checkups on four systems in a property I manage; one central system, a ductless mini-split and two ducted mini-split systems. I received a heads up to say he was on his way, he arrived as scheduled, promptly went to work then briefed me on the status of all the systems when he finished. HVAC technician Eddie Artaega did a wonderful job at patching a leaking duct. He was professional, arrived on time, gave me a proper diagnosis, with estimate and took the time to educate me on how my system operates. Outstanding service all around. Had to request Smart Air for a visit again to assess whether something can be done to fix the cooling issue in HVAC. The Smart Air tech spent close to 3 hours and created a very detailed report, pointing to individual point which need fixing and those which are within parameters. A genuine suggestion was to look into replacing some of these (which Smart Air had recommended in the past as a longer term solution). These are old units and we moved in recently.

I tried checking with my Home Warranty company, they sent in EMS Home Services, who came in, took 10 minutes, said all's well and charged a $75 service fee!

I feel happy for my original choice of Smart Air. Their techs are courteous, professional and really know their stuff. Best of all the team is not pushy at all. Five stars again all around, you should be getting more business from me shortly.

They continue to hold the 5-star reputation, excellent experience right from the sales person showing up to the work being done and he coming back for a review. Like others said, they are not the cheapest, but, the work speaks for itself and you get what you pay for. The person executing the project showed me a problem with the door and why it won't seal well, he asked me to get back to them once a carpenter has fixed the door. He did not do a subpar job, even when it meant less billing. I am quite happy with the overall experience and will be going back to them for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended.
