Ask James about anything in the store and he usually knows what's up. A lot of the staff has been working here a long time and they are very helpful, but if you need something pulled from the warehouse, then you are going to be waiting 10 mins minimum.

Always there when you need em, even when things are scarce they come through, in and out!

These guys have the worst attitude about the way that we conduct business, pyramid scheme. Totally visible. Coolstar heating and air is very transparent.

Be ready to wait a hour for one condenser. As 3 people sit around chatting and your waiting for stuff that shouldn't take more then 15 minutes to get.

Everyone at the counter is friendly and knowledgeable about the parts and equipment, the warehouse staff is friendly and quick on filling the orders.

I can always appreciate the hard work and care that Robert madden industries put in customer service and personal attention always a pleasure.
