Smart Air Cooling & Heating

My experience with Smart Air has been great! They installed a new system and re sealed all the ducts in 2017.
Today I had to call them since my AC would not start. It turns out that the drain line was clogged (my fault for not servicing it well). They sent Marcus within a couple of hours. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, professional and very thorough in his inspection of the unit. He cleared the clog and checked the whole system. I am now seating in a pleasantly cool space again.

My neighbor referred me to Smart Air and I called them on Monday, 5/20 and scheduled appointment for checkup and overall evaluation of my system and Tim came out Tuesday, 5/21 and did an excellent job providing info and answering all of my questions. I plan to get a new system and will continue using Smart Air! Nice people and very responsive, informative.....

Smart Air was the one that installed my system years ago and I have used them ever since. I did a lot of research and had multiple groups out before the initial install and going with Smart Air was an easy decision. Today I had my system checked after the freeze that we had and Eris was the tech that came out. Eris was incredible and I felt like I was in great hands

Smart Air had done very good job fixing my broken AC system and I purchased a semi-annual inspection plan. Technician Frank Barbera was out today for that, and he was friendly, on-time, efficient, and knowledgeable, and got the system fine tuned for the summer. My experiences with this company and its technicians have been great.

Update 8/27/19--condenser started sounding funny and so I called Smart Air. They sent Frank out the very next morning, during the busiest time for AC repairs of the year, and Frank quickly got the system back up and running with a new condenser motor. Top notch service again. If you're a service company and you make it into my Contacts then you've earned my trust, Smart Air is in there for sure.

Update 4/29/20--Austen came out and did the annual service check and maintenance on the AC systems for my rental unit and my house and did a fantastic job. He was thorough, professional, on time, and friendly, and gave me great advice on eventually replacing the systems, which are nearly 30 years old. Great service again and Smart Air remains my choice. Friendly dispatch person on the phone too.

Update 6/8/20--Austen was back out and diagnosed the cause of a bad rattle (corroded wiring causing a short) and got me fixed up. The service was prompt, skilled, professional, well documented and knowledgeable. This is a really well-run service outfit with highly skilled and honest technicians. Thanks SMARTair!!

Update September 2020--while I was out of town, my AC stopped working and my daughter had to vacate. Smart Air came out right away while I was gone, and diagnosed a blown compressor in the condenser. They ordered a new compressor (mine was 12 years old), and not only did Austen get it installed as soon as possible, Smart Air found a warranty on the compressor, which saved me over $1500. What great service. Smart Air remains my go-to company for all of my AC needs!

Update October 15, 2020-- Frank Barbera from Smart Air performed my semi-annual inspections today and he was on time, friendly, and got me squared away for the next six months. Smart Air continues to be my go-to AC provider for my house and rental unit. My AC systems are old but still kicking and they need this kind of expert service every six months.

I’ve use Smart Air now for a number of years and been pleased with their service. Their technicians are pleasant, thorough, and don’t cut corners. Excellent work. If I had one it of constructive criticism it would be to create a subscription model where I just don’t have to think about what’s been renewed and not. The Netflix of HVAC if you will.

Smart Air has provided installation on two of our residential design/build projects, and provided HVAC services for our personal residences. They are aces on a construction site and considerate when entering an occupied home. Their Platinum service package has saved us from numerous headaches over the years.

Have been using Smart Air for 6+ years now to service our HVAC needs and have always been pleased. Extremely courteous and professional. Today Eddie and Tyler tuned up our air conditioner for the coming hot temperatures. They were both thorough and courteous.

Installed complete new HVAC inside and out, and replaced duct work.
I have never before been SO pleased with everyone connected to a company. From my sales advisor to each and every service technician that worked over the 3-full days installation, they were all wonderful! My conversations with office personnel were also pleasant and satisfying.
Brandon was excellent! He took pains to explain things to me about the install, and I now know more about HVAC systems than I ever would have guessed! He and the crews were very conscientious about controlling noise from the work, and also clean up where they had been. Brandon and his assistant came back the following morning to fix one final issue to the electrical wiring. They wanted to ensure that I had a safely installed system and that I was happy with the work done.
I have had a maintenance policy with Smart Air Co. for several years on my old system, and was always pleased with the attention they paid to my old system during seasonal check-ups.
I HIGHLY recommend this company for any AC or HVAC work you need done. I think you will also be a satisfied customer like me.

Smart Air's team has always been responsive and helpful. Frank, the technician who came for our annual maintenance checkup was prompt and courteous. We have been very happy with the installation of two aircon systems by Smart Air and we expect the company to respond in the same way should any trouble-shooting or repairs be required.
