Smart Air Cooling & Heating

This has been my go-to HVAC company for 5 years now. They are always professional, on time, and reasonably priced. Always great experiences with my system at home and other rental properties for work. The tech named Austin is great and went above and beyond helping us with an older system. I'll be asking for him in the future. Highly recommend!

Smart Air recently came out and gave me the most reasonable bid and solution for a full HVAC replacement. While waiting for the work to be scheduled, my AC broke (again). Austin came out and got it working within 2 hours of my call, despite bad weather and covered the cost.

I deal with a lot of contractors thanks to my fixer upper house and they are one of the few who actually answer the phone, are empathetic, and fix problems correctly and completely.

We've used Smart Air for years and have always found them reliable and reputable. Austin did a great job today explaining what was wrong, diagnosing the problem, and getting us up and running again. Ambrose too gave a great inspection and recommendations.

We had our quarterly maintenance today and our service technicians were thorough and professional as always. Shannon is always a delight to work with in the office. We have used Smart Air for over 12 years and they have always provided great service and skilled technicians. The techs were VERY thorough in checking all our A/C systems and then clearly, professionally, and patiently relayed their findings and recommendations.

Our renters called us about noises coming from the HVAC system this morning. I called Smart Air and they were able to come out right away because of a cancellation. Preston, the tech, was able to diagnose the problems and get parts ordered - all before 11am! Super happy with this company. They are prompt, and have always been available when needed.

Our A/C quit working and we noticed the condensate line was dripping. I called Smart Air and they sent their technician, Preston, out, the same day. He was very knowledgeable, found the problem quickly, was easy to talk to while explaining the issues, and he was very professional. Preston fixed it and my house is cool again! Thank you, Smart Air!
