Shane, the owner, always ensures that a customer’s experience in working with his company is first rate. Smart-air installed my system and I always call them for the occasional repair / maintenance and don’t plan on using anyone else. Technicians are always on time and friendly to work with. Scheduling an appointment is fast and easy. Very rare these days for an owner of a company to be so hands on in ensuring that every customer’s needs are met. I very much appreciate his accessibility and willingness to listen and work with customers. I highly recommend Smart Air for your AC / heating needs.

I called Smart Air for an estimate to replace my system. They were able to set an appointment same day. Their estimator was very thorough and provided me with a detailed 5 page estimate also the same day. Compared to the other bids I received Smart Air's was the most detailed; model #s of equipment were on the bid and a detailed scope of work to be completed, there was also 6 option for me to chose from!
They installed the system, took care of all of my rebate paperwork, and I am extremely happy with my new system. Thank you Smart Air!

I'm so glad we went with SmartAir. Shane is honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated to his customers. The system he installed for us last year does a great job keeping our house cool. And their service is great, too. We had some issues with the thermostat on the night of July 4 and were able to reach a service tech who offered to come out then - at 8 pm on a national holiday. Justin (tech) is nice guy and fixed the problem fast, under warranty.

Very impressed with the quality of work and service Smart air provide. I had called after a bad experience with my warranty company and was Smart Air really saved the day.

Fast response, same day scheduling and very responsive.
Tim came by , called and texted on the way so I had plenty of time to get home and was amazingly courteous and knowledgeable.

His work estimate was accurate and he explained exactly what is needed versus what is optional and why.

The work was performed next day as I needed a new compressor that Smart Air got for me and made sure it’s covered by warranty to reduce my costs and I have a working AC again!

Will definitely recommend Smart Air and call them again if I ever need HVAC work.

We chose Smart Air after getting about 6 other quotes for replacing our aging AC system. Shane was great. He gave us a bid with several options and we were able to choose the best option that fit our budget. As a homeowner I had a lot of questions and he was always willing to answer all of them. His crew came in and they were very nice and worked hard to get the job done pretty quickly. I have already recommended Smart Air to several others knowing that they will be just as satisfied with them as I was.

I understand they have to charge for labor costs and service fees but I was charged $318 for someone to simply put a thermostat on my wall. The smart thermostat wouldn't even connect to the WiFi at the house before he left. He was professional and nice, but we were charged for a "high-rise" installation fee. When I called they said the tech typed in the wrong information but that fee would be applied anyway. We were already running the A/C by hot-wiring it, we would've been better off just ordering a thermostat online and putting it on ourselves.
