ONE Service Pros

Our electric went out due to faulty wiring from previous owner and were without water or AC for several days. We were in need of a quick repair for a major job and this company stepped up and got it done within a couple days from start to finish. Very happy with the work and how quickly they responded. Charlie, Brandon, Scott, and Hunter got it done as promised and we appreciate it!

Had my kitchen circuit go out after 5pm. The tech came and replaced the part quickly.

I have used One Service Pros for my electrical, plumbing, and HVAC needs. I have been very pleased with the crew and service. Very professional and extremely helpful.

I had them replace my HVAC system that was outdated with a new Amana system.
They were very respectful in all matters from offering what we needed, right to the install. They got us up and running in a very short while,while along the way they provided updates on when they were coming. Now time will tell how we like the new equipment,but as of now they are a top notch outfit.

Had them come out to take a look at a few problems we had. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the problems were with the fixtures themselves so we still have to wait for complete resolution until we replace them but I appreciated how thoroughly Charlie tested everything and explained what I needed to purchase. He even gave me some hints of how to install myself if I wanted to try. Otherwise he did install one light fixture while here quickly. They are pricey but I don't know that they are any more pricey than any other electrician company. The only reason I would take off a star is I do not think the technician was scheduled with the proper time to have gotten everything done I originally wanted. It turned out to be a moot point due to a missing part and price, but I think the timing for the project should be better considered. Otherwise I still recommend and use again for the right project.

We used them to install a new heating and air unit. I explained prior to signing anything that our duct work needed repair. I was told that they could not replace the duct work but could patch it. After the install was done the air wasn't working right. I asked about the duct work but the 2 guys knew nothing about it. The duct work was never checked. They called their boss and he then changed his story and said that the duct work is under the sub floor and they couldn't see it and didn't have the tools to remove the sub floor. They did send someone out to put the crossover back up but it still wasn't working right. They sent someone else out not sure what they did but still not working right. So they turned the blower motor up as high as it would go but it's still cooler under our house than it is inside and our bill is over $300 a month! We now have to find someone else to come repair the duct work that they told us they would fix! The workers were great though. It's management that's the issue.

Jason and Aaron were definitely helpful, courteous, and got the job done and made sure nothing was still backing up in our pipes! Will definitely use them again if I ever need plumbing work!

I had them replace my 20 yr old HVAC system. AC unit outside and a gas furnace in the crawl space. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I was completely satisfied and explained the new system and answered all my questions before they left.
They finished the complete install in 2 days. I am very happy with the new system and would definitely recommend them.
