Very professional. Tech came out to look at my ac/heat unit. He explained the system well. Made a new appt. For when the part arrives. Pricing is great.

Jake Hawley for my HVAC was awesome !! Knowledgeable and friendly. Josh did some plumbing and experience was just as good. ONE Service Pros are my go to !

Charlie was amazing. He was very through in explaining the electrical issue and how to remedy. Charlie also listened and gave us a couple of options to repair. Overall, Charlie has excellent listening, communication and people skills and I would consider an expert in his class !!!

Called and got service same day. Jake was fantastic and was very thorough. Explained everything he was doing and got us up and running. Will definitely use this company again.

Trey was super friendly and informative. He answered all of our questions and didn’t try to sell us anything unnecessary, but he did go out of his way to make sure he had considered every possibility regarding our heating issues. The company also scheduled us extremely fast and their prices are fair.

Not pleased with the cost of $99 for an estimate for the electrical work desired. Also, my impression was that the electrician was more interested in adding to the project, rather than the basic project I was interested in.

ONE Service Pros came out to give me an estimate on replacing and updating an old breaker box. They showed up on time to collect the $100 fee for the estimate emailed me a bid the flowing day. They then sent me a text thanking somebody else for their business and that they hoped to do the work we needed done. I replied to their text and got an immediate apology and that they corrected their system. I then asked for a specific bid. I have yet to hear back from them. I was ready to have them start the job immediately. Sure am glad I didn't. After the initial bid they literally disappeared. Maybe I should start a scam business charging 100 bucks to do bids with no follow up intentions. They will not reply to my emails, my text messages nor my phone calls.

As a follow on to this Review. The owner and incredibly friendly and helpful assistant Chasta contacted me personally and with a sincerely sympathetic apology for this entire situation has given me a different view of ONE Service Pros company. She explained the situation and their new scheduling appointment system. I understand that new systems have bugs. So in future i am still willing to do business with this company. They have excellent reviews just a blotched system. Thank you Chasta for the phone call and explaining the fault/problem to me. Communication is paramount and you have successfully communicated with me and changed my perception of the company you work for.

Severe feeeze weather thought bathroom lines were the issue.. Josh was excellent and it was calcium in the lines in the bathroom faucets. The city water here is full of calcium. He will be returning to change out the cartridges in the faucets! Thank you very much for a very quick response to my call! Same day within 7 hours! I am IMPRESSED!!

Quickly responded to my issue just one day after reporting it. Arrived promptly on time and fixed the leak in no time. Will definitely use One Service Pros again!
