ONE Service Pros

I really like it that they send you a picture of the peraon you should be expecting. Josh was great. He came out on a Thursday and was able to install the water heater the next day. He got here when he said he would, was polite and quiet (I work from home so that's a plus). After the water heater was installed he waited to make sure it was heating properly. This is the second time I've used this company for plumbing and I requested him this time because he did great work for me last time too. He even text me the next day to make sure everything was working well.

Edited 5/2023 to add that Johnny just fixed the water in my chicken coop and did everything I said above and was able to do it for a lot less $$ then he originally estimated. 😊

Had to have my electrical panel upgraded and electric lines buried in my backyard for the detached garage. Charlie and David did a phenomenal job! They were both very professional and were on time. Excellent experience with One Service Pros from first contact through the completion of the work, replacing 2 existing electrical panels. Dustin was great during the initial inspection and estimate, and both he and Charlie were awesome when it was installation day. My service tech was Mr. Charlie. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had something stuck in my hood range vent and I was worried there might be a loose wire in there. Mr. Charlie removed the vent motor, and made sure there were no concerns and helped remove the debris from the motor housing. Another thing I’m amazed by is how quick and prompt the service was. I called their office today morning and within 2 hours they had the problem taken care of.

Charlie was excellent. Very professional but also extremely friendly. He explained everything he did and what the process would involve to close out the call. It’s good to know there are still great people who take pride in their job.

The technicians (I had to use two. One for the AC and another for plumbing) were very nice and knew what they were doing.
I’ve use One Service Pros for other issues in the past and have been very pleased.

One service pros does have wonderful and friendly customer service, the plumber they sent out Johnny was very helpful and professional. He fixed our shower well.

We were quoted $362 for repairs showing them a leaky handle and leaky shower.

It turned out the actual quote was over $360 per repair meaning about $720 in repairs for two leaks. (Also this company charges $99 for feet on the ground, giving you that quote)

I am a pregnant lady expecting my first child with my husband. We don’t have money pouring out of our ears and made that clear through the process.

After fixing the shower. We declined the sink handle fix because we just couldn’t afford it.

It’s been two months, we now have a leak under our sink, a drip from our bathroom faucet and STILL the leaky handle. We Called BK Plumbing and they gave me a free quote and will do all the repairs for $325!!!! 🤩🤩🤩
I can’t recommend BK Plumbing enough if you’re looking for affordable plumbing repairs!
