ONE Service Pros

I was very satisfied with One Service Pros. Josh was here before the time scheduled, went right to work, solved the problem, and asked if I had any other problems he could solve while he was here. He checked a few other things, made slight adjustments, and we finalized the repair. I would definitely call them again.

Called on a Monday to set up an inspection and to have my second unit looked at. They showed up Tuesday morning at 8am right on time. They found the leak and fixed it on the second unit it works better now than when it was first put in. I will be using them again.

Charlie was the BEST!!!
Came late- difficult in scary crawl space- never complained- worked late until he was certain job was successfully- and safely complete- not once did he complain about anything- he was just happy to help- please give him 10 stars!!!!!!

I needed some electrical work done, The electrician Mike was on time, very professional and personable, found problems quickly and was able to resolve them in a short time at a reasonable price. I would recommend One Service Pro.

Scott and his helper Dustin were very professional and very respectful of my house, always wearing booties when coming into the house. They also left the work area neat and clean. They stayed until they were sure that all issues had been resolved.

From the moment of first contact, to booking and to the electrical inspection itself, I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed by One Service Pros. My technician, Charlie, was very thorough with the inspection and carefully explained everything. Great customer service and knowledgeable field technicians. Would definitely recommend!

Woke up with no heat and they was at our home within a few hours to get us fixed.. luckily it was just a thermostat this time,……This was jake who came First!! Little did we know he never did anything to the outside box which he claimed to rewire. Actually, he claimed his partner that he was training with him did it, but the funny thing is he came alone… Next morning we wake up no heat again, so we call in and get a second tech Trey! He’s very upset to have to fix problems from the first technician who he claims he’s always fixing stuff for… come to find out the first kid Jake had the air conditioning unit turned on on the outside, so it froze everything up… Who leaves the AC on when you’re calling about the heat? Needless to say that technician thought he had it figured out he left the next morning. I had to call a third time in a row… just so everybody knows after hours and on the weekends, the call-center goes through Mexico, so if you cannot speak Spanish, you probably will not be able to communicate with them very well…. I had to demand a phone call from a manager and specifically state that I did not want Jake back out here at my house since he basically messed everything up the first time and now I’m going on call number two to fix it call number three total… in the end they said Trey back and 3 1/2 hours later and another new thermostat it’s finally working! Trey was pretty confident in his company that I would get a phone call for sure on Monday at least apologizing for spending $283 on a thermostat which took three days off of work for me and way more money lost than that.. Can’t say we will ever recommend or use again!! Sorry but poor customer service and lack of proper training for technicians is a very unsafe quality in this field.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Jake came out and addressed the issue right away. You can tell when someone knows their job and he was spot on. He even made some suggestions for a split unit to help heat our very large add on. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Technician Trey was a true professional. He took the time to explain and review his findings which made me feel confident that our AC system is functioning properly. Go with a Pro! Thanks Trey!

Charlie came out for the estimate and was obviously very knowledgeable. He gave some great advice and options. Charlie and Dustin came to do the work. They were right on time and despite a very long list of items to get through they took care of everything in one day. They communicated well, explaining or and asking questions whenever needed. I would absolutely recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again.
