Technician Ryan Immel responded to my call. Our auxiliary heat had quit working the previous day when it was 18 degrees. He quickly found and addressed the issue. Heat is now working better than ever. The cost of the repair was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second replacement project from LB Chase and just as with the first one it was first rate! I needed to replace a 25 year old package unit and Jay offered me a set of options and answered all questions. The install crew did a great job and left the area cleaner than they found it. The following day a service technician arrived to perform a complete system checkout and ensure I didn't have any questions. In the photo, to the right of the new package unit, is one of the two mini-splits they installed earlier this year.

Had annual contract for a service...no complaints there. I needed two Mr. Cool units installed in an addition to my house. Owner came out to assess/give quote. He seemed uncertain regarding what was required to perform the job. I never heard back with quote. l finally called the office. Quote wasn't even competitive. I got the "go away quote." Needless to say, l had another company install units for $600 less. So..took my business elsewhere.
