Greg the tech did a great job.He helped me with a couple questions I had.He was very pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable.I have been using LB Chase for a 10-15 years now and will continue my relationship with them indefinitly,as long as they cont to do the great work

Called on a Sunday morning. Cost $109. for a trip charge as it was off hours vs. $79. during regular hours. The tech showed up about 30 minutes later. He was polite and professional. Had two issues, one with air conditioner part, and a small leak in the hot water heater. Total cost was about $450. bucks. I would recommend them if your in need of service.

Service was excellent. Ryan was able to get out here much faster than we anticipated. He was able to find and diagnose the issue with out gas orpheus and got us back up and running in no time.

The Guys that came to my home today were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I would Highly recommend Jay and his crew at LB Chase for their hard work, dedication, and skill.

From the quoting stage, through the installation, and now nearly 2 years later with service, the folks at LB Chase have been outstanding. Unlike a lot of companies in this type of industry, they always followed through with what was said. I called this morning about a faulty thermostat, and they were at my house within an hour to replace it. You couldn't ask for better service!

I was visiting my 80 year old Dad in Seymour and his a/c stopped working. He called his a/c repair co and they said they were too busy to come out today. It was almost 80 degrees in the house and I knew we wouldn’t be able to stay there with no air. LB Chase Mechanical was recommended by several locals on the Seymour FB page so I called. Marissa sent Todd out within 45 mins of my call and Todd took care of the issue. Would highly recommend them.

Have always received great service from LB Chase. The service technician is prompt, polite and knowledgeable. They do great work at fair prices. I highly recommend.

This company is the best!! I will not use anyone else. They keep notes on what was done so even if you ever have to have someone different from the company they know what’s been done and they send you a copy of the notes. This time it was a I d 10 T ( idiot) problem which happened to be me😂😂😂. Never implied that but I knew it was my mistake. But now I’m educated on it and it shouldn’t happen again. Great company and come out pretty quick.

Service repairman was very informative as he was determining the issue. Once the problem was discovered, he inquired with Trane about my warranty and called back to inform me the part was covered under warranty. The part was in very quickly and the repair was scheduled promptly. I’m very happy with the service and friendly repairman.
