ONE Service Pros

These guys are great!! Truly friendly and not trying to empty your wallet. They did an amazing job on my plumbing when an old pipe burst underground to my well system, what was looking like an insanely expensive fix, they did everything possible to keep it affordable. Their technician Josh, was straight forward and worked extremely hard the entire time he was here. Truly thankful!

Charlie came out to do some repair and replacement on outdoor electrical outlets at our home, as well as checked and repaired indoor outlets that were old or needing repaired. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. He walked us through everything he would do and even gave us some advice on what to do with an external light post that hasn’t been functional since we purchased the home. We will definitely request Charlie for any future electrical issues we have.

Extremely professional employees from the office staff to the installers. They worked great together. All 3 guys didn’t stop until the job was complete. They double and triple checked everything before leaving. They even sweeper the stairs on their way out. Highly recommend this professional team.

I’ve used ONE Service twice now for various electrical jobs. Both times, they’ve been extremely responsive and on time. When you call them, you quickly reach an actual in-person operator who takes your information and sets up your appointment, so you have no doubts about receiving service by the time you’re off the phone. You receive multiple text updates and reminders about the appointment, which I really like.

Both times, the services were rendered quickly and problems identified and/or solved. I was not physically available, so they provided me with a detailed update and photos over the phone. Charlie was my technician for both visits. He was friendly and took his time to explain the issues and solutions.

They have been efficient and reliable. I will definitely continue to use their services.

Charlie and David were thorough, efficient, and friendly. They completed the work, left my home the way they found it, and did it all with ready smiles.

I called about minor electrical problem. Brandy was professional but friendly and made an appointment for the work to be done and followed up with a text confirming the time. I can't say enough about the experience with her.

My 83 year old aunt electric panel went out and she was without heat for a day or so. I called One Service Pros and within 12 hours they had a permit pulled and new box installed. I would like to thank Charlie and Dustin. They were on time, very professional and came ready to work to get her heat on. This is the second time I have used this company. I highly recommend them!
