What a great team they are. They installed my new dual fuel range. Until it’s perfect they don’t stop. Helpful in answering questions that I had as well. Trustworthy and competent, a hard combination to find these days.

Always skeptical about quality businesses... except when it comes to heating and air. Since 2019, I've only called Stacey at Captain Comfort. Extremely helpful, kind, punctual and compassionate. I won't recommend to use anyone else's services.

Absolutely love Stacey and Chad. They are the greatest. Always on time and they doing amazing quality work. They don't stop until they figure the problem out and get it fixed. This is the only HVAC company I would recommend.

Chad and Stacey came out and serviced our HVAC unit today and I was very happy and impressed! I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I had to share my experience. They are both very friendly and hands down the MOST knowledgeable HVAC contractors I've used in the area (I've used several in the area over the last 20 years and have a lot of experience working with HVAC and auto AC myself). They arrived right on time and had us charged up and running in quickly. Very fair and honest pricing too. Chad even shared a few tricks with me to better clean my package unit and help further extend it's life; as opposed to just trying to sell me a new unit as most other contractors have. Give these two a chance and I promise you'll be happy too. I won't be using anyone else in the future. Thanks so much you two!

We had just moved into our house 3 days before we were going to be faced with 3 degree lows and of course our heater went out. Captain Comfort was highly recommended to us and they did not disappoint! Stacey first tried to troubleshoot the system with me over the phone incase it was a quick simple repair that I could do myself (it was not). Chad then came out the same day and found my system was low on refrigerant because of a pinhole leak in one of my lines. He repaired that, got the system charged up and got us heat. He then proceeded to check my upstairs just to make sure that one was not going to have any issues during the cold snap. He found the coil was extremely dirty and cleaned it right then and there. Chad and Stacey both went well above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! They will be our go to HVAC company from now on and we will be highly recommending them to our friends and family just as they were highly recommend to us!!

Our AC was 20 years old and needed replacing. We were so happy with Captain Comfort's attention to detail, honesty, reliability and experience. We had HVAC quotes last year but neither company had even mentioned Frigidaire, we are thrilled with the warranty we got. There were issues along the way, because our house is old and out of code, CC fixed everything. WONDERFUL people!!

The sweetest people!! They came and helped us last minute on Christmas eve!! Not many companies would do that. They came many times to make sure everything was working properly. I HIGHLY recommend this business to everyone no matter what your needs are!!!

We met Chad through a previous company and house we owned. We had a full unit install on our old home and were just so impressed with his demeanor and how thorough and informative he was, compared to other HVAC companies we had used. When we found out that Chad had started his own business, we knew we had to give him a call. Our unit went out during a 90 degree weather week. We thought it could be repaired instead of needing replaced and Chad did everything he could do to try to save us money.
