Jake and Shane were excellent! They arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and were done with repairs and maintenance in under an hour and a half! They were also very kind and professional. They definitely deserve 5/5 stars!

We had a great experience with Charlie today swapping out our electric stove plug for a standard outlet for our new gas range. He arrived within the scheduled window, addressed our immediate need, and even provided an estimate for some future work we had been considering to update our electrical panel. Charlie clearly explained the work he had done and walked through the estimate. A+ experience!

Changed out old wired in smoke detectors with battery ones good for 10 years. Dustin was prompt,knowledgeable and very nice to work with.

My name is Gary. I had David and Charlie come out to my house on 8/29/22. They installed 2 coach lights on the outside of my garage. They both did an excellent job on the installation . They were very professional , answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend .

Our toilet overflowed on a Sunday causing some minor flooding and unease due to one bathroom. One Service was the only company i could find in Knoxville with available techs and that didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Johnny was so respectful, kind, and informative. Would recommend him to anyone!

Mike Dobbins arrived on time and introduced himself. Mike replaced the broken gang box and receptacle that was stuck behind the siding and made the work look easy. He is a true mannerly and quality of work focused professional. He is welcome here any time. This is the second time I have used One Service Pros and they company is great.
