Unfortunately our compressor went up and we called Jack Frost for repair. They arrived the same day and worked thoroughly on it to find the problem. Todd was very professional, kind and knowledgeable and explained the repair process. He showed up the next day (after getting the part we needed and on the weekend in the heat) and got it fixed and up and running again. Don stopped in to check it out and give a hand. We highly recommend Jack Frost for any repair you may need. Professional, courteous and fair prices. We will definitely use them again if ever need be. Thank you again Jack Frost!

Can't say I've had better service in a while. My family and I have used jack frost a handful of times now and they're always quick and efficient. Jack Frost H/A was quick to answer a request completed online. They were able to send out a repairman the same day. Wes was very helpful explaining the current situation of our heating unit. He reccomended several different options that could fix our issue. I went with the best option for my family and he was happy to complete the service call. I would call them again if needed in the future.

Jack Frost did a great job in replacing our HVAC system and ductwork. Our old A/C had several parts that broke. In speaking with the technician, I decided I would rather replace the whole unit than trying to repair a 30 year old unit. We also had bad ductwork in our house, and we chose to have Jack Frost replace it. All the work was done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. The new ductwork is a big improvement over the old ductwork, our whole house now receives a/c and heat as it should. I highly recommend using them for any HVAC issue.

My wife and I just bought this house in March of this yr. the unit that was here broke down 3 times between then and now. It was being serviced by all seasons heat and air. When it broke down the last time I called them and never heard back. I got on Angie’s list and Jack Frost called me with in 5 minutes and scheduled an appointment for that day. Wes came out and told me that the units installed weren’t compatible with each other and I’d need a new system. He went over options and I picked one. Don came out to install and after looking at everything said I could actually go with a little smaller unit and they installed it today and it’s great. The house is cool again. Long winded but just saying 6 stars for Jack Frost Dolores, Wes, Don, and crew.
