They have a very kind and thoughtful receptionist. Hired them for some maintenance, they showed up on time and were fast and friendly. We'll be using them again in the future.

Jack Frost was the only company to mention a manufacturer warranty and saved my family from paying an outrageous amount!! My neighbors recommended them and I am so grateful that they did. Wes the technician was easy to work with and done an outstanding job in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommenced Jack Frost to any individual or company that need heating and air work done. We have used Jack Frost over the last year to replace three different heating and air units at our hotel and we have been satisfied every time.

I cannot say enough about the fast, friendly and competent service we got from this company. They got us out of a bind with no air conditioning on the SAME day I called. They check in and let you know who is coming and when they will be there and do it with a smile. The prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone needing heat and air work.

The service people were there early to prepare for the unit which came a few hours later. After some set up and adjusting our home was cool. Wes was good about telling us how to use the computer app to control the thermostat. Good service and is recommend them.

Unfortunately it was ridiculous! And it went on for 3 days. On day one they could not give me a time. And when I say time, I mean morning or afternoon. So I took the day off work to play the waiting game. The next day I called to tell them that I had not heard from anyone and to try to find a time for that day. This was at 10:00 a.m. the lady who answered the phone informed me that she hadn't made it to the office yet but she would call me as soon as she got there within just a few minutes. I waited for another hour and then called back at 11:00 a.m. she told me she didn't know what time anybody would be there but they were at the supply house. So I called someone else and had it fixed within 2 hours. She called me back the third day to let me know someone was on their way. I simply replied no thank you I had it fixed yesterday. And she couldn't believe that I was canceling her service. I mean seriously, can you believe that. It is 100% the truth.

Very pleased with prompt professional service. My AC unit wasn’t working properly. The technician gave me all my options and quoted me prices for each while he was there. The job was completed and more information and pictures were provided. I will use this company in the future
