ONE Service Pros

They did a good job, but the price was far too high, about two to three times what I would have expected. Except the price, the service provided was very professional and courteous. We had a blockage in our main line due to what appears to be roots in the line. The technician (Johnny) removed water from the house, then took the toilet off the line, used an auger to clear the blockage, then a camera to show us what the blockage was and a location device to identify exactly where the blockage was (adjacent to a shrub just outside the house). Once the blockage was clearly identified, Johnny pulled the camera and auger out, reset the toilet and finished his work. He did leave a bit of a mess behind.

The technician came and correctly identified the problem and I paid the service call fee. He was polite and prompt, so it was worth the fee. However, their quote for repair was twice as much as other quotes (several thousand dollars), so we went with a different company.

Charlie knew exactly what the problem was and completed the repairs in a very short time. Friendly and on time with proper notice before his arrival. Very pleasant experience.

Charlie was here an hour after I called the shop! Crazy fast! Charlie was extremely knowledgeable and great at his job. Fixed my home the proper way and was fast and friendly! Thank you for the great work! Highly recommend!

We had them come out and install a home generac generator. The guys Scott, Mike, Shane, rusty and Lee all worked very hard and did great work. They cleaned up great at the work job site. One Service Pros did electrical work for us before and was amazing. We gave them a call this time in hopes of getting assistance in checking what caused us to have flooding in our master bedroom when I used the outside hose. Turned out the outside spigot had cracked and when I used it...the water flooded back into our house. Jason and Allen were amazing in troubleshooting the issue and got us fixed up in about an hour. One Service Pros has an amazing crew and we gladly suggest them to anyone who asks for recommendations.
