ONE Service Pros

May be the only competant and Honest HVAC Business in Knoxville. I tried R&M and Their quote was $2,000 higher than what One Service Pros quoted me.

Needed to have a brand new breaker box installed and re-wired, as well as a water heater disconnect put in, and Mike was great when he came out to do the estimate, breaking everything down and advising me of places that might need to be touched up for code. Mike and David were quick and efficient when completing the install a few weeks later, and I would definitely use them again!

Technician was very friendly answered all questions and explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very professional and did the job quickly without delay.

Charlie Pierson was my technician today. He is awesome. He found the problem in my Electrical box right away. Advised husband what he did wrong in hooking up the breaker. He had the wires backwards. I would call Charlie again. He is the best. He took time and explained what we need to do going forward. Priced reasonable.

Called and got same day service. Great experience from Brandy booking my call to Josh taking care of the leak and cleaning up to where it was when he came.

Great service! There was an issue with the repair that was quickly addressed and fixed. The best compliment I can say is that I will use them for future work needed. I'll be saving their number in my phone. I tried another company last year. They we're okay, but not worth saving contact info.

I have read a couple really bad reviews. Every company has some unfortunate issues. Hopefully they were able to resolve those issues to some degree. My problem minor and fixed right away.

Had a small issue with breaker box. Called in this morning and was here with in 20 min! Charlie was a fantastic rep. He even showed me how to fix it for the next time. Thank you!! Hope you have a wonderful holiday!! On top of that Charlie is soft spoken and very sweet.
