Excellent company to do business with. Had a Mini Split Heat Pump installed. The technicians are very knowledgeable with the equipment they were installing. Great at explaining the work that was completed.

From the beginning of having Jay out to size up and meet the needs
at my home, the info provided to get a deal thru the TVA, follow up on any issues, Jay was very professional.
The crew that installed the unit were professional, responsive and on time. They answered all my question during install, cleaned up after and were very happy that Jay got them a new tent because it rained during the
Condenser work.
A friend recommended L B Chase and I am satisfied that I made the correct choice with them.

We just purchased our first home three months ago, and already we have had to have work done on our heating unit. (Go figure!) It was New Years day and we panicked, "knowing" no one could get out to help us the same day. The heat was OUT, blowing cold air, so we called HEP originally... and after two hours of not even getting a confirmation that they could or could not come out, I cancelled the call. I then called LB Chase and spoke with Pam. She was wonderful! Not only was she incredibly kind and forthcoming, she assured me a technician would be to our house asap. I had to call her from work to organize everything while my husband, small daughter, and pets were home freezing. She called me back shortly after to let me know someone would be to our house within 30 minutes, and he was. Within the hour, my family was happy and warm! We will have to replace our entire unit very soon, and we rest easy knowing we can finance through LB Chase - we won't go anywhere else.

I wish there were more stars to to let you know I pleased I am with my service. They guys, Ryan and Todd(I think that was his name...sorry if wrong) were awesome. Took their time with the unit at my residence as well as my dad's. Checked every nook and cranny. Both very professional and personable. Both an asset to the company.

Offered options at different price points, gave unbiased pros and cons for each. Delivered the chosen option on time and on budget. No surprises. Very nice and congenial staff, easy to reach and talk to. All in all an excellent experience.

Got new gas stove and had them install a range vent over it, that is vented outside. They manufactured new mount to install in best way. Completed in timely manner and cleaned up throughout. Job well done and would recommend them to do any mechanical needed.

Our downstairs AC stopped cooling while it has been low to mid 90s for over a week. I called LB Chase at 1:00pm and within an hour a technician was at my house and had it repaired. Can’t ask for any better than that! Local company and local people. I highly recommend LB Chase!

Was very pleased and signed a maintenance contract to be serviced in spring and fall. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Technician Todd also services my parents house as well. Would recommend to everyone.

When my air conditioning unit stopped working, I called LB Chase. This was the end of June, we had company staying with us. I had to have something done.The day I called they sent out someone. I had a young man, named Mark Denton who came. He was on top of things. Checked it out ordered the parts. I was back up and running. I recommend LB Chase to anyone.
